I know this is a little bit of a pipe dream, but there is still be a chance at the #1 seed in the AFC. Tiebreaking procedures are complicated...
Bills need:
1) Win out: Pitt, @Denver, @Patriots, Dolphins
2) Pitt loses to Buffalo and either Colts or @Browns (but not both - Bills need them alive in a 3 way tiebreak)
3) KC loses @Miami and @New Orleans
Then they are all 13-3 with the same conference record. Then tiebreak that applies will be Strength of Victory and it looks the Bills will win that.
This is a real nice website for this - it gives the Bills a 2% chance at a bye: http://www.playoffstatus.com/nfl/billswhatif.html
But if the Bills win out they have a 10% chance.
If this week the Bills beat the Steelers and the Dolphins beat the Chiefs, they have a 9% chance
My question for DU - do you want the Dolphins to beat the Chiefs to give the Bills a chance at the bye? Or do you want the Chiefs to win to help the Bills win the AFC East?

I would want the #2 seed so as to not play KC until the AFC Championship game but letting Miami lose now if we beat Pitt to pretty much lock up the division. Just my 2 cents as a Bills Fan from Toronto.

Less interested in winning the AFC east and we had a late bye week. If we're playing good, let's keep rolling. I don't see us as an elite team that has gears, but a team that does well building momentum.
Also you know the life of a Bills fan, just worried about self destruction. Although the SF game did wonders at quelling that notion.
