 Never had a issue with Bookmaker. Never heard of anybody complaining about them.

There are many shady sports books out there, but Bookmaker isn't one of these. Bovada get its fair share of complaints, like just stealing your funds outright. Seen many of these outfits come and go over the last 10-15 years. Been involved with Covers.com for a long time and never have seen a complaint on Bookmaker. Then again, I read only a very small % of all the post made here. There used to be a popular outfit called "sportsbook" a number of years ago that screwed everybody that had money in accounts with them. Eventually they disappeared in the wind. Have to be people here that remember them.

I'm only sharing my limited experience. Maybe some more other veterans can share there thoughts.

I'm curious though, have you had another experience w Bookmaker, aside from the current one, that would lead you to the conclusion they were shady?

 Bookmaker has screwed me over a few times. They took duplicate plays from me because of a system malfunction on their part. Their payouts only $300 at a time through Moneygram. They always had an excuse for a payout . If I got a payment I had to wait another week for the next payout. The latest was last year they pulled a bait and switch on me promised a 100% match on any deposit over $300. You can guess what happen I got 10% and when I tried getting my money back I had to accumulate so many points first to get my money back. Now I have FanDuel and two local casinos never a payout problem. I had prior issues with 5 Dimes too.

Never had a problem with bookmaker they legit 

Used BM for like 5 years now.  Never had a problem with anything including payouts 

How did you receive your payouts ? Bitcoin?

If you bought Bitcoin @ $60 K your getting screwed now . 

Amazing that I'm the only one that had issues with BM

I’ve had to correct BM tickets more than once. Not sure if they are shady or lazy but it’s not something that should happen. Especially on a SNF game. Obscure prop bet maybe. 

Bookmaker more solid than a local bookie and even some brick-and-mortar shops. Has payed 5 digit same day payouts without flinching multiple times.

That being said, they aren’t known to be a “bonus” book. They deal with grading bets and paying out. Here are better books for the recreational player you should consider like DK, FD, or heritage/Bodog types.

 they fixed it within 20 minutes, everything is all good now. 

In 20 years with CRIS then Bookmaker never had a problem ever. 

Mine was graded as a win. 

clearly it was an accident. Every book has miscues 

Please don’t post negativity about bookmaker. They have been great to me for the last 10 years I’ve been with them.

Love both, but have longer tenure with BM.

Been with Bookmaker for 20 years and never had a problem. They paid out every single time no matter how big the payout has been. One of the best ones around for sure. Just voicing my dealings with them. GL to all.

That book is VERY crooked. Unfortunately most of you will find out eventually. They are very dishonest 

I bet Tampa Bay -2 last night, and was erroneously given credit for a WIN. They did correct that, though, by this morning. Rare glitch I would imagine.

Bookmaker is the one book EVERYONE should have.

Not the only book you should have, but everyone should have an account there.

Everyone has issues from time to time - but they are rock solid (as of today) on payouts - even very big payouts - and they are just a super middle of the road sportsbook.

 My only gripe with them is they are a little slow grading wagers, other then that Top Notch BOOK
