The time ha finally come it is football season once again.

I'm riding with Denver in this one to beat Cam and the Panthers one more time. Mile high will be rocking and the defending champs will want this game just as bad as Carolina. I'm not buying into the revenge factor. If anything it works in the Broncos favor because they know they can rattle Cam. I think people are overreacting to Peyton's retirement. If anyone watched football last year I think they would agree he was not good. Trevor is young but he has been in the system for a year and now has beaten out Lynch and Sanchez for the starting role. I give Denver the edge on defense, edge at wide receiver and the mental edge. Sanders and Thomas now have a qb that can chuck it more than 10 yards. Everyone and their mother is on the Panthers but I see a bloodbath. Home dog wins this outright, I love Denver in this spot.

You are no concerned with a seventh(7th) round draft pick who has never taken an a regular season NFL snap?

Reason why Denver is a dog at home FIRST NFL GAM of the year (and qb is the biggest reason) why I don't think Vegas and off shores could have set the line at +6 or +6.5  Denver that line would get pounded down to 3 or 4 by gamtime anyway and they wouldn't want to take all that Denver cash that's what this line should truly be here is 6 personally.

Denver all the way for me.   Panthers will be gasping for air by the 2H.    Very tough place to play early in the season.

The thin air will not affect Denver much at all.  They've been in Colorado for almost 2 months and are used to playing there.  It's  not easy for a team to go to Colorado early in the season.  There will be guys cramping and gasping for air.

i also think Cam is still rattled by that Denver D.  He's still having nightmares about Von Miller.  I think Cam will be a little too quick tonight getting rid of the football.   As for Siemien, he has great receivers and with no Josh Norman, look for DT to get his.

but like I sad its still the first actual game game speed most starters dont play much in pre season week 6 absolutely Carolina would be more affected not week 1 though I think there's no advantage either way

U have to lean Carolina here purely on QB experience cam is in the best years of his life first game for the rookie at home which will add on the pressure hes going to be feeling following in Peyton's shoes good luck kid lol you talk to any sharp there on Carolina.

The rookie, Siemien is not that bad.  Denver isn't stupid and would have swung a deal for a guy like Bradford or Foles if they were truly desperate.  This "rookie"  has a big crowd behind him and a lot of weapons.  Denver wont ask him to do much either.   IT's all about the Denver D.   IF you think the Panthers suddenly figured how to stop the power and speed of Denver's D, you're fooling yourself.  

 As for the Air, The altitude in Denver means thin air, and playing an intense, three-hour football game in thin air can affect players who aren’t used to it.  Denver players are well used to it.

Denver creates two turnovers tonight, Carolina traveling and not to mention maybe the 53 team roster cut Friday and Saturday which basically gave them two days to implement some sort of game plan then travel day Wednesday, no in the Rocky Mountains to get asses kicked game one of the nfl season. Love the fact people are saying Carolina because of QB change...please we were already the worst ranked offense last year and our defense is stronger this year....with a chip on their shoulder. Anyway good luck Carolina backers but no way Carolina gets it done!

I agree with him the Qb issue didn't matter in the super bowl and now they're at home. Cam had a great year last year but everything went Carolinas way. They scored on special teams and defense as well, I expect them to take a step back this year and dual threat cam to come down to earth.

Nice hit Dam......always nice to win knowing you left a field goal on the table pre game. Much diff feeling 5 seconds prior to the missed kick though lol
