Is there a difference in a delay f4om cable TV at home vs sportsbooks? Or are they about the same?

I've been in sports books with the TVs on in the book and they are delayed in the same game different TVs.

If you have the Score App. They are faster than the TV. Aamzing

I have a local book that is slow to change their lines and don't want to watch at a sportsbook today if it is delayed past what my local cable gives
