Hi I am sorry if this is the wrong forum but I don't know where to go to for some help as I felt I got robbed. So Friday I received an email from you which I have attached with this email about a 100% casino bonus, so I joined and deposited 300. Upon depositing I received 300 bonus bringing my balance to 600. I began playing live casino as you can see from my record and got very little in terms of the rollover as a small percentage of the live casino counted towards the rollover so I decided to stop. At the time I stopped I had 603 and change. I find I was on tilt at times and didn't want to keep chasing. I also read in the bonus fine print that any portion of the March bonis will be lost after 14 days if the rollover is not met meaning my oringal deposit should still be there as long as my balance is over 600.

Anyhow I decided tonight to cancel the bonus. I was fully expecting to lose the 300 bonus and even my winnings from it but now my balance is 0???? Why? Any promo from any books would be the same where you would lose the bonus part. If my balance was under 600 I could understand losing part of my deposit because I lost the bonus money. In my case my bonus money was still there plus even a few dollars on top of it why would I lose also my 300 deposit? That is just robbery if that is the case why would I not just bet 600 on a black jack hand instead of just losing my whole balance by opting out the promo? This is just wrong.
Sorry for the long vent can anyone help?

These bonus offers typically use your real money first. Sounds like you lost your real money first and then you got back up to 600 using bonus money leaving you with 603 in bonus dollars. Then like special soul you forfeited all of it lol you probably shouldn’t gamble if you don’t know how this basic bonus works. Customer service is typically pretty good with bonus money. You could reach out and explain you made a mistake and as long as you have not had any action post this they may put it back in your account.

You have to wager a certain amount to get the bonus..all sportsbooks/promos are different. The best case is 1x thru which means you have to wager $300 over that period of time on casino games in order to get the bonus. This doesn’t sound like a lot but depending which games you play it takes awhile and obviously you can/will lose because after all, it’s the casino games.
I prefer only Sportsbook bonuses but I messed up once or twice and got the casino bonus. The best and fastest way to bet thru that requirement imo is to goto a slot machine and try your luck. Even on small wagers you can auto spin and run thru that dollar amount requirement really fast and again, pray you win a few here and there to break even with a very small chance of hitting a decent jackpot. I found that the more you play they’ll let you win alittle bit..and keep checking the bonus to see when you’re qualified, once you are then get out of that casino.
blackjack is my 2nd choice. It takes longer but if you play basic strategy and don’t go on tilt you can try to grind it out and break even and escape with the bonus. $5 per hand and double when necessary.
