I used to be one for 20 years until they finally broke my back the last time making a completely idiotic move to LA where immediately players were booed on the Jumbotron at a Lakers game the next day...I have not regretted it one bit as the complete incompetent ownership of Dean Spanos just continues to make cheap, cowardly and idiotic moves..
A) any half way sharp organization would have fired Staley 2 years ago after he blew the playoffs on 4th down calls
B) any poorly run organization would have fired him last year after he played starters in a meaningless game 17 and lost Williams
C) any even worse organizatiion would have fired him last night after that game but this cheap idiot just can't stand eating a few million with his franchise rising each year way more than that. A textbook example of why 70% of inherited businesses fail. Only stopping him is the strength of the league.
So I ask why you're still loyal, it's so obvious, the only hope you have for success is boycotting this joke organization, cancelling your tickets, writing to the team and maybe he finally does the right thing and sells....

Grew up in SD and was a chargers fan most of my life. Moved to Dallas 20 years ago. Was still a chargers fan but rooted for the cowboys as well as we would go to games etc. became much less of a chargers fan after the move to LA. Spanos is a joke and if it wasn’t for me liking a number of players on the team I’d be completely done with them. The past few years I’ve become more of a cowboys fan and less of a chargers fan.

Chargers were so stubborn about firing Staley it took one of the most embarrassing losses in Chargers history for them to finally fire him, they basically had no choice. Maybe they bounce back next season

UPDATE...yes they had to fire him, the players boycotting him, how sad is this
Now, the rising Grandson, John Spanos says publicly to the concerns they are too cheap in paying coaches, money is not an object in this search..
Brilliant, Johnny, go ahead and just enter a negotiation telling all other sides this! You just saved millions, did they teach this to you at whatever Business school you got a auto-entry into?
I went to Georgetown btw bro, feel free to reach out for assistance
