I'm no sore loser but I can't help but show my hate for the Steelers. It's not that they aren't a great franchise, because they are. I think Troy P. is fucking crazy insane good. I just hate the fans.I'm surrounded by em. And I live in SC. I HATE EM. They will prolly win the Superbowl, but I still

FUCKING HATE EM!!!

Pittsburgh Steelers are the greatest franchise in the NFL...NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO THERE ARE STEELER FANS....THEY ARE SO CONSISTENT ITS SICKENING.......HATE THEM ALL YOU WANT THEY ARE GREAT!!

I think SF might have something  to say about that Mr. E

In the 80's and 90's the players said Eddie D treated them like kings.
Better than any other franchise including Dallas. So, they just kept winning.  Pitt and SF, and Dallas are probably the top 3 with apologies to NE.

Agree!!  The Steelers and their obnoxious fans can stick their terrible towels where the sun doesn't shine.  I HATE THIS TEAM WITH A PASSION AND NOW HAVE TO HEAR THE NATIONAL MEDIA KISS THEIR ASSES FOR 2 STRAIGHT WEEKS!!

Hate all u want!  The Steelers organization is a class act and we win year after year and will continue to win. We play the game the way it is supposed to be played...great hard-nosed defense, a great running game, and fans who will travel anywhere.  The question is why isn't everyone a Steelers fan the way they play?  The fans seem obnoxious only because we are winners!  Every winner regardless of what level has to face the same scrutiny as everyone hates someone who has it better than them and displays their pride!

pitt's covered games for me all year............but they get lucky in quite a few,,,ie..dallas, ravens last reg season game....not this time,,,,,,AZ 17-Steelers 3......

Sometimes I come on Covers thinking I might get some good debate and soomeone making sense and once again I am disappointed...AZ 17-3???  You truly aren't very smart!  Lucky...if you watched any of the games you would know that more times than not the Steelers don't get calls in their direction and to win games in the 4th quarter you have to be in the game...as the Steelers have been in every game this year and had an opportunity to win it and did!

they were nowhere to be found about 6 years ago..now they're like roaches..crawling out of the woodwork. fairweather fans at the least. big ben is from my hometown and my family has made money off of him. nike has paid my brother to place billboards etc...on his bar and such. where did all the cowboy fans go?? steelers fans are the new cowboys fans...here today gone tommorow

Aren't most fans obnoxious? I've been to several stadiums both football and baseball and the majority of the fans are "fanatics" Baltimore fans are just as bad, along with Philly fans, Browns fans, Bengals fans ect. Of all the stadiums I've been to the Packers have the nicest fans, but thats what makes it fun heckling eachother. Ravenszone Im so glad that there is another rivalry in our confrence its hard to hate the Browns or the Bengals anymore and I look forward to hating the Ravens next year all three games were great this year and there is no reason they won't be next year. I would love to face the Raven in the AFC Championchip again next year.

WTF do you watch? Find me one broadcast team that does not hate the Steelers.  Most have a player or coach that constantly lost to them during their playing careers and do not do much to hide their bias.

We always have this same discussion on the washington capitals message boards about pittsburgh fans... very loyal, especially to the winning teams.  Go to a pirates away game, no terrible towels.  The reason there are so many around the country is bandwagon fans and because so many have moved away from Pittsburgh to pursue a career while maintaining a loyalty to the city where they grew up.
