Someone PLEASE help me make sense of this line. You have a team in the Dolphins who lost 4 straight at home against a 6-2 Bengals team who just obliterated the Jets and seems to be clicking but is not the same on the road as they are at home. With that being said they have a stifling defense going against a sub par MIA O-Line. And on offense i would take the Bengals all day long. So do we get one of those games where a team who just won BIG the previous week in charge of their division come out and play a half a** game vs a desperate team who is in a must win situation and fell apart the previous week wins a low scoring game??? Honestly it takes WAY more guts to ride with MIA because CIN -1.5 looks TOO easy and Vegas doesn't give away money.
And another thing that i always see is people getting nervous to ride with the side the public is all over basically implying that the game is gonna be rigged!?!?! Not really sure what to make of the "fix" thing but too many times do i see the heavily favored team fall.....

SHUT THE EFF UP WITH THIS PUBLIC VEGAS BS. Cinci is the better team offensively and defensively. Dalton is playing great... I'm riding with the 1.5 spread myself !

Earthwake....that's exactly how im feeling right now. Only thing that is making me hesitate is the fact that they're sitting pretty in their division and they just won by 40. Little voice in my head saying classic letdown game

Agree that Miami could be anything, but at the same time, some lines have to be played on principle and this is one of those. Cincy must be played IMO.

I wouldn't bet on the Dolphins until they win again.
Once they win again, (whenever that is) they will prolly roll off two or three wins in a row.
The Dolphins defense was healthy last week for the 1st time since week 1. When they have Wake, Ellerbe, Grimes and Patterson in they are a really good defense
Patterson (their #2 corner) got injured right before half, and thats when the Pats turned it on abusing the backup, Noah Carroll..Patterson should be playing tomorrow.
Final score: Bengals 23, Miami 21

One of those funny things where i honestly would feel better with the spread coming out at 4-5. Although everything your providing makes perfect sense Earthwake!!!

The line is what it is because the Dolphins have ability.
They are just inconsistent as HELL.
Miami could win this game 24-10 or lose 24-10.
If Miami plays like they did vs the Colts, they win...if they play like they did vs the Ravens or Saints they lose.
I'm leaning towards Miami losing, but it won't be by more than 6 or 7.
bottom line, tread lightly..Cincy or Miami could cover, and it could go over or under (lean over)
The best bet tomorrow is Ryan Tannehill WILL fumble.
I know you probably hate me based on our display pictures but I totally agree with you on this game. The dolphins our very inconsistent, just look at last weeks game for example.

I don't hate the Bills, I dislike them tho. I HATE the Jets and Pats though.
The way I would treat the Fins is never ever bet them when they are the favorite, and don't bet against them when they are the dogs. Thats just me though.
Its just sickening to see the talent they had/have and it all be derailed by the offensive line.
Its baffling to me that people and Fins fans are jumping on Tannehill, its not his fault. When you watch him tomorrow, you will see he has what it takes he just needs blocking.
His internal clock is alittle slow, I will admit and you combine this with the fact his line can't block and thats where the fumbles come from. They did look better last week with Mckinnie on the line (until it was obvious pass situations late in the 4th) and the pats then ate up the O-line blitzing.

3 weeks ago I thought there was no way the Raiders could beat the Chargers even in Oakland. BAM!!
2 weeks ago I thought there was no way the Colts could beat the mighty Broncos even in Indy. BAM!!
Last week I thought there was no way the Rams with no QB could beat the mighty seahawks even in St Louis. BAM!! they almost won and definitely covered.
See the pattern here? This game sets up the exact way. The bookies know it and the low spread is bait to further cloud your mind!

Thing about Miami is after this 8th game, they have played, considered by many, 4 of the top say 8 teams in the entire league. (NO, NE, Indy, Cincy) 3 of those 4 being on the road to boot.
Not to mention the defending superbowl champs and the Falcons, neither of which are as good as previous years, but neither being "easy outs" with elite Qbs.
Now I know everyone thinks the sky is falling on Miami b/c they lost 4 in a row, but if they win this game and are 4-4 after 8, with that schedule, that's actually a pretty good job. Are they flawed? Of course...then again so is basically the entire league.
This is a chance, with the last playoff WC in the AFC wide open, for Miami to not only stay in the race, but have a decent shot the rest of the way if they take care of business.
Dalton is hot, but I mean they've faced Brees, Matty Ice, Brady, Flacco, and Luck.....its not as if Miami is going to be overwhelmed in this game.
I'm not touching this game even, just want to give a counter point on the Dolphins. This game means a lot more to them and they are by far the more desperate team....that doesn't equate to automatic wins in this spot but this game should be decided in the 4th Qtr like basically any other Miami game, except the NO one.
