Prefer laying short number with a veteran offense coming off of a sluggish performance last week against division rival Ravens squad.
Home cooking is just what the doctor ordered for a Steeler team currently stuck in a 3 game losing streak.
Media darlings Dallas, provide a clear focus to a Pittsburgh team eager to reestablish themselves as a serious contender in the AFC conference.
Pittsburgh's hard trying defense should be able to limit Dallas to field goal attempts rather than touchdowns more often than not.
Make no mistake, the call here is for the game to be won by the Pittsburgh offense. With top talent at both the wide receiver & running back position, look for a quality veteran quarterback in Roethlisberger to dictate the pace of the game throughout.
Heinz field has been good to Roethlisberger as Ben sports a 51-13 touchdown to interception ratio at home.
With their backs to the wall off of 3 straight losses against a team that provides clear focus, i'll take the veteran offense at home laying a short number here.

The Minnesota hate has gone on far to long. Vikings defense still elite and Cousins crumbles under defenses like this. Minnesota 29-12 ATS, 71% last 3 years under head coach Mike Zimmer.
Atlanta Falcons -1
Falcons offense firing on all cylinders under Ryan/Jones/Freeman trio. Only 4th team in the last 25 years to score 30 or more points in 6 of their first 9 games. Atlanta enters game with extra rest. Falcons #1 in points scored, #2 in yards gained. Homecoming for Ryan.

"Pittsburgh's hard trying defense should be able to limit Dallas to field goal attempts rather than touchdowns more often than not."
LOL, I'm not even really sure what that means, but Pitt won't come close to stopping this juggernaut of an offense. Nobody will this year unless somebody gets hurt. The linesmakers got this one wrong:
Dal 31
Pitt 17

Charlie: So Pittsburgh scores 17 huh? Also, NOBODY stops this juggernaut? For the same reasons you are brainwashed to think Pittsburgh can't stop a soul, that will be why Dallas struggles here soon. Their defense stinks and against an offense that can be balanced and score 30 very easily, u think Garrett and company still run the rock 25 times when having to play catch up? Furthermore, what's gonna happen going forward when dak, IF HE CONTINUES TO PLAY WITH ROMO RIGHT BEHIND HIM, has to throw 45 times on the road? It's gonna be a breeze? Not sure how long you've been watching and capping games but every hall of famer must pay their dues; a rookie won't get free reign all year bud. I'm guessing you think Dallas will continue to line up and be able to do whatever they want on offense? EVERY team gets exposed in this league at some point or the other and I feel WITH DAK, Dallas comes back to earth Sunday. Lastly, on the road, what should the line be bud?

Then why is the line so low? I'm a die hard Eagles fan and Matty Ice has been red hot just seems too easy with most of the action on ATL line drops?

I don't think Dak fears Romo's good health at all. I think he thinks he's on a free roll the entire season, shouldn't be here and really, if it wasn't for one misstep by the Dallas D in Week 1 against the Giants, should be undefeated as a stater.
Jones should come out and name him the permanent stater. It has to be Jones. He deserves it. The years of playoff uncertainty are over.
If Dallas loses one or two games in a row, he should not have this pressure on him. Dallas will ruin everything if they let Romo hang over him.
