So much hinges on the boys starting LT...look what Claiborne did to the backup 2 weeks ago. How will he handle Joey Bossa if he starts again?
The Chargers are 20th vs the TE, but if the boys gotta use Witten for blocking to help out on that side, then it's an area they won't be able to exploit in the passing game

One team blew out their opponent and the other team got blown out on national television...
I asked about line MOVEMENT, that has nothing to do with it as the line was set after "One team blew out their opponent and the other team got blown out on national television... "

Thanks. I know that is critical. I am wondering if something changed. Just don't see why the huge swing.Just finding it hard to believe betters moved it that much without something substantially changing.

Thanks bpickin, that’s what I meant. This guy is a fool if he doesn’t think the line moved because Dallas got smashed. If they had won, they would be faves tomorrow or even odds and not dogs.

Tyron Smith upgraded to probable. Only concern is that he's coming off a groin...tricky injury. These can act up real quick.
RT Joe Barksdale is questionable. He hasn't played since oct 15th. PFF grades him at a crappy 46.6 anyway...and he will have to block Demarcus Lawrence. If he plays that's scary.
LT Russell Okung questionable with a knee...that's concerning. Feels like maybe with a full week he'd be a go? These short weeks are brutal on players.
Depending how these injuries shake out by kick-off...Rivers might be in some major trouble on passing downs. His front and blind side protection could be compromised.
And to the OP's original question "why the line move"
For the most part brother, only money moves lines. More money came in on the Chargers at open. One poster mentioned that the Cowboys lost their last game and looked bad. The Chargers obliterated the Bills.
This definitely drew money on the Chargers no doubt. How could it not?
Now the real question is..."Is that money on the right side?"
We shall see. Best of Luck

I guess that is because I am with Bovada, they don't put out early lines. I am not sure where you can actually bet on lines before a team actually plays a game the week before, but oh well if you saw it you saw it.
So if that game moved the money (public perception) that definitely helps me make my pick.
Thanks for the info guys!

Bovada is always late with their lines. This is not a bad reference..

I love Dak and Zeke.. but the cowboys are just not the same team without SEAN LEE on defense.. I don't see how they stop the chargers. I like the over too
