Actually no basis really but the teams that lead yesterday both covered in the 2nd half, the vikings Won't, and the second half WILL GO OVER

ROMO is completely flustered...it's Seatle all over.  Vikings will get at least 2 TDs in the second half meaning Dallas needs 28 points after getting 3 in the first.  Plus, Vikings get the first possession.
