The Davante Adams COVID situation is overplayed. Sure, Aaron Rodgers is missing his top 2 receivers.. but does it really matter? Packers are 9-0 SU when Rodgers is missing Adams. Rodgers runs the show and he usually elevates the players around him. He still has an old trusted friend in Randall Cobb. Rodgers still has his tight ends Robert Tonyan and Marcedes Lewis. Probably overlooked in all of this hoopla, is Aaron Jones. He is just as important to the offense if not moreso than Adams and is their most productive scorer since coach LaFleur took over. Jones will run and catch passes all over the Cardinal backfield. Let's not forget the Cardinals run defense allows 5 ypc and they'll be without the services of JJ Watt who is out for the season.. run defense and pass rush will take a hit. Chandler Jones will be back but I feel like he won't be quite as effective without Watt on the other end plus who knows how he will play after coming back from Covid. Same goes for coach Kingsbury after missing a game his head might not be all there. Covid post-performance Mileage may vary.. The Cardinals manage to dodge a bullet last couple games not going against Nick Chubb and a banged up Kareem Hunt leaving halfway. Houston Texans can't run for squat. Cardinals defense also have thrived on turnovers which have led to some lopsided scores but I feel Rodgers usually takes care of the ball and will tommorow night. Packers swiss cheese redzone defense could be an issue and they'll need to hold it down against a potent scoring machine like the Cardinals . Aside from missing Jaire Alexander and the two Smiths, Packer defense is actually not that bad and once they get those guys back they will have a strong pass rush. They also recently acquired Whitney Mercilus from Houston since they lack a consistent edge rusher. Even though Alexander is out, the Pack still have a decent secondary with Savage and Amos. Interestingly Devondre Campbell, the ex-Cardinal has been the Packers best defender and will face his former team. I think he will have himself a game tomorrow.
