People with that kind of money are much more subtle. No one with that bank is going to woof it in a forum that deals mostly with immature clueless bettors. Only about 8 % of this forum has the experience and bankroll to be considered BIG bettors in my opinion. And out of them, I haven't seen ONE of them mention a bet that high. They may have bet it, but never say it.
I don't doubt that this will be the biggest bet D man will make.....but just for me......it's not even near that amount.

Europa- Actually it's through an agent, assuming he will make a 10-15% cut if bet lose. My normal per bet amount is only at 5k and only have 3 accounts that will let me bet that amount, but I very rarely even bet 10k on any single game. As for the strip, from my experience 100k bets wouldn't be a big problem during Super bowl week, but collecting without having tax issues would at the ticket window. And it would be a lot of work to chop it up to get a bunch of 5k tickets for me having all that cash up front to carry.

Six digit bets are pretty much floating around the Strip in Super Bowls, there were some few $million single bets before. Back in the 49ers (-18) vs Chargers SB, i read a betor dropped one million on the Niners ML in Vegas.
Caesars Palace also had $5,000 minimum widow for the NFL playoffs back in the 1980's. I saw a guy carried a suitcase to collect cash at the Caesar cashier window from his NY Giants (vs. Denver in SB) wining ticket. Americans just love betting on the pro-football, especially the playoffs.

That's not enough rationale to take NE. I personally believe, based on how I unscientifically interpret box scores, that NE is not as good as their record because, IMHO, NE was outplayed by Bal in the playoffs and by the Jets (of all teams!) both times in the regular season.
The only reason Sea is not an absolutely friggin 1000% stone-cold mortal lock for me is the health of Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas.
