stay away from betroyal i used to use them years ago and it was a solid book but it has gone down hill in the last 5 years.  Every time i tried to withdrawl it was a hassel.  One time i got a fed ex after about 5 weeks, and lo and behold there was no check in there.  My friend tried to withdrawl 5 grand and they told him what if we match the 5 grand and  put it back in your account.  It takes forever and a day to get your money and it seems like you have to call them non stop and harrass them to send you a check.
