Does Vegas win?
i highly doubt 250 grand will move a line at all,let alone 2 whole points....but i think the point he was making is based on his reputation the line was moved, perhaps anticipating further action from him or his runners...apparently a dude like dat can just inquire about a line and it gets moved...where the hell do you find out wat billy walters bet anyway??
I see all of Billys Picks.. I know what moves lines , how they are moved and why and when they are moved. some of you guys are not worth helping. If these idiots think that lines are left at say 2 after a 250,000 bet...then there is no helping you...its not how sportsbetting works...

As for Mayweathers Bet...it has not been verified...and usually when its like that..its because most of it went offshore. He is known to bet up to 10million dollars but right now we cant find where in vegas he placed the wager...its not showing up anywhere and I doubt its in 10,000 increments..as I said before, he is known to make huge bets and can get just about whatever he wants...but right now,,,we haven't seen his bet on the SB

If billy is supposedly big time and he can move a line because of his reputation...wouldn't it make sense to move the line for small money and hit it the other way for HUGE x's 10?
supposedly big time? google billy walters 60 minutes and watch. and btw...yes he does play with the lines. my point here is that...oh nevermind...you guys figure it out on your own.

1 "public" bet = $
1 'sharp' bet = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ x 10
Vegas doesn't care who they get the money from.
in theory, the spread is set to attract equal money from both sides
In theory, yes In reality, no. There are numerous times Vegas takes a side on a game- meaning they set a line knowing 80% of the money will come in on one side and they are more than happy to need the other side.
