He's always had the wheels but he hasnt made pass plays like that one in the past, in the pocket, under duress, and no time outs that was siiiiiiiiiiiick viiiiiiiiiiiiick.

you mean that last td when philly kept 8 in to block and jax rushed only 4 and the wr who was single covered, if that, was wide open in the end zone and he was able to complete the 10 yard pass?  what other qb could do that?

no, not a jax fan.  i don't think they have any fans.  i'm watching this game to watch vick.  i made a lot of money betting on vick games before he was out of football.  i want to see if he's the same guy.  so far, he's fitting the pattern.  he's very limited at qb.  he's a bad passer and makes terrible decisions.  but he's the best running qb ever and he can do a lot of things against bad defenses.  in the past, you bet on viuck in certain spots against bad defenses who can't expose his weaknesses.  you bet against him against good teams or good defensive coordinators who can expose his limitations.

vick had a horrible record against winning teams before.  he was very good against shitty teams.  so far in 2010, he's looked good and he's played two of the worst teams in the league.  i need to see how he does against a good team to make sure he's still the same guy.

yeah, looks like the same guy, although it's a little hard to tell since he's played against the worst competition so far.  but he should be good to bet against once the good defenses and smart DC's show up.

A second chance can do that to a person. I bet he's more humble and more receptive to listening to the coaches NOW than he was before he went to prison. And he's probably grateful as heck to be able to do what he was meant to do...

not that he doesnt do a lot of good. he certainly does. hes intangibles r great for the team. you dont wanna give the guy second chances because he will burn you but you can gameplan him and they guy will self destruct slowly!


yeah, that's why i think he fits this pattern.  he's too inconsistent and makes too many bad decisions and is too bad a passer to play a full, solid game against good defenses and smart defenses.  against the lions and jaguars of the world, his talent can ovecome his limitations and the defense can't take advantage.
