Are u down 22 real units? Or do u bet 10 units a game and u are really down a little juice? I ask because a lot of posters on this site bet 5-10 units every game to look flashier. I always wondered the point of people using the term unit, if they never ever bet a unit.
Now if you are down 22 legit units and truly taking a beating.......what is your betting style? I know some people may argue this if they have an alternate method, but in my experience u cannot win week to week consistently playing teasers, parlays, reverses, etc. Sure you can get hot and have some big weeks here and there, but long term its a losing proposition betting exotics.
My suggestions would be to get back to basics and bet straight bets.
-Be disciplined in your wagers. Don't push for TV games or prime time games because you are bored. Stick to sports u are good at. - Keep your wagers the same every game you bet. Its pointless and frustrating to go 4-1 on Sunday, but your one loss was your super duper lock that u went 10 units on. - Do your homework and always get the best line. Sure 98% of the time, it doesn't matter, but if u make 200 bets in a season and win four games you would have lost because you got a favorable line, that an 8.4 unit swing to your bottom line. - Don't chase whether winning or losing. - Try not to get emotional after bad beats. Remember if u cap well, u are gonna get bad beats a lot more than lucky wins, because if u bet well and pick the right side more thaN not, you will have higher odds of back doors and miracle comebacks BECAUSE you put yourself in that spot with good plays. - Try to avoid the fade this and fade that nonsense that's so popular now. You can fade the public all day long if u want....and be .500 at the end of the year. - If you are dead set on betting exotics, keep it at a 2 team max.
I can go on all day, but that's some basics. If u do all those things and STILL can't hit 52% or so to break even, its doubtful you are gonna be successful trying to hit 3-4 team parlays or round robins or teasers. There's a whole lot to this thing, but at the end of the day you have to be able to pick winners at a reasonable clip.
GL at getting back some of those 22 units before the end of the season.

You can totally win week to week betting NFL 4 team 13 point teasers on 5 dimes. They let you tease spreads and over/unders by 13. Theres a guy named voodoo on pregame thats up over 40 units so far this year doing so.

i was down 34 units 2 weeks ago, now on the + side, betting 5 units a game. Who give a shiet what a unit is really worth, some say a unit is worth 10 some say 100 some say 1000, shiet some even say 1,000,000 because they in Japan, but I don't think you should just blindly follow anyone. Make your own picks, try to limit wagering the whole board, and if your pick matches someone here thats been hot, GO FOR IT!!
BOL rest of year, hope you make a come back.
