I'm on the Chiefs because the dolphins have been tanking as the season has winded down. You might say well yes but so have the cheifs and while yes I agree the difference is still Mahommes vs Tua

Yes the cold factor is ONE reason.Im keeping it simple:KC has better coach,defense,QB,running game,experience,Arrowhead and Miami has never played well in cold weather,Mahomes loves cold weather and Tua played his college games in Hawaii and from Florida lol,did I mention Miami is playing awful?I know KC not paying their best football either but with all the factors I mentioned can't take Miami

At least get it correct...Tua played his college games in Hawaii.....U seem to forget the 2017 playoff game between the Titans and Chiefs...It was about 15 degrees and Titans went in and beat KC on the road.who was the #2 seed in the playoff with Andy Reid as the coach..This with another QB who playing in college ball in Hawaii Mariota. Titans were 9.5 points dog that game..The cold is so overrated...Especially this game..Chiefs have never played in this type of cold as well....It will be their coldest game EVER as well...

Im in KC right now and if you think Miami is happy with playing in this weather not sure what universe your living in?Patrick loves playing in cold weather and Chiefs defense has been a strong point this year as our offense has struggled lately.Andy will have the troops ready and im telling you Chiefs are not loosing today against Miami,have you been watching Miami play lately?Yes anything is possible but I would be highly surprised to see Miami win this game.

He is playing awful right now?..Have u seen Maholmes numbers? Tell me what game has he played great? U giving him a pass vs the Raiders? The Raiders at home as a DD fave.....Maybe Having Jaylen Waddle back this game after missing 4 games has something to do with it..or maybe Tyreke Hill dropping passes has something to do with it. ..Or maybe have an OL that has the most different starting combinations in the NFL has something to do with it...Yet he leads the league in passing yards...3rd in %..Top 5 in passer ratings...OK. Sure... Damn if he was playing well..He would have 6000 yards? All these other QB's with 5000 yards like Allen/Maholmes right? Maholmes is just tearing ti up right now...

@Trinkster
No one 'loves' playing in frigid weather. Some enjoy 'cold' weather. I am not sure Mahomes will 'loves' this weather. He may be more 'used' to it.
Some guys 'act' like it because it gives them a mental advantage over the team that is not as 'used' to it --or so they think.
NFL players are from all over and professionals -- both teams should adapt a bit.
It is the team that has a more suitable offense --especially running -- or a tough defense, that will have an advantage.
I think MIA could keep it close and if KC plays like they have been playing, MIA could win. Both teams rely on Passing and both have good Pass Defenses and MIA has been running the ball better.

I wrote about this elsewhere. Mahomes is playing great -- considering he has 3 WRs in the top 10 in drop%. Now he has become more reliant on TE and RB and 1 WR.
I think he is playing very well to overcome the deficiencies he has at the WR position, etc.
Absolutely he would have more yards if he had better WRs, but what QB would not.
But I think he will really have a lot to overcome today.

@VegasVandal
I am very curious exactly what you mean by this? Where and what part?
Maybe the last few weeks?

No -- I am on the Chiefs because they have better players, better coaches, a better QB, a better TE, can run the ball better, pass the ball better, protect the QB better, play better defense, kick and punt the ball better and play special teams better. Other than that, Miami should do OK

@Raiders22
Tyreke hill is 1 of 3 WR's in the NFL that has 10+drops...He has had some big time drops in all the big game including last weeks games..Dropped huge TD's vs Philly/Balty... U want to talk about the KC drops? Dolphins would not be a 6 seed if Hill showed up in the big games.. No Jaylen Waddle for the last 4 games...Hill has high ankle sprain the last 4 games..takes himself out of the game on the final INT play with 1 minute to go vs Buffalo...

There are solid reasons to fade KC tonight too. This game will likely be decided by TO's, KC was one of the worst in the league TO differential -11 while Miami was middle of the pack at +2. KC led the league in dropped passes with 44 nearly double Miami who dropped 23. And the Chiefs lost 4 games at home this season, that negates Miami's lack of success OTR.
Consider KC was 5-12 on the Under this season and an overwhelming 7-1 on the Under at home. That 43.5 almost seems like a big number tonight in the cold. I think it will take a defensive or ST's score or two to reach that and that certainly could happen in a game that likely will be decided by TO's. Win the TO battle, win the game, especially in the cold tonight. GL to everyone!

Yes the KC 3 guys are in drop% not total drops. They have 3 in the top 10 in drop% -- that is awful considering how few targets they have had.
Hill has a lot of total drops and 41st in dropped%. Waddle is 71st in dropped%.
The biggest difference is MIA has 2 main guys with 172 and 104 targets, whereas, KC has just one with over 100 -- Rice with 103 -- 4 others with 53, 42, 38, 40.
But you are correct that MIA have had crucial drops. They simply, overall, make up for them with much, much better efficiency.
