Green Bay Packers

Hi Friends,

I wanted to share some info to try to help out. I realize this game is not until next weekend.  I strongly urge you not to take SF next weekend. Green Bay is a different animal than Dallas. To begin, they have one of the greatest qb's to ever play the game.  Jimmy G will be way over-matched. SF has a ton of travel and they got pretty beat up yesterday. Green Bay is relaxing in the hot tubs watching game film. SF will be back on a plane in a few days to make another long trip.  They will have a tough time with Rodgers at Lambeau.

Green Bay is well coached and will not make the mistakes Dallas made(14 penalties). This could be a 34-10 type of game. I think the Packers will look great and Jimmy G will make a couple big mistakes on the road.  Aaron Rodgers wants to beat Brady, no chance Green Bay does not play one of the best games of the season to get to the Championship game.  If you disagree and go the other way good luck. I think you will need it.

SF lost to GB by 2 points in the regular season and should have won that game after Jimmy G. drove them the entire length of the field with an excellent 2 minute drill. The 49ers are capable of going punch for punch with the Packers and they have a better defense than GB. Bosa and Fred Warners presence will be key to the game. 

San Fran is Green Bays worst nightmare. They have a pass rush that can disrupt a finesse passing game especially if Bosa plays. Green Bay will have a difficult time running and will be in many situations where SF can just let the dogs loose and get after Rodgers. This could be a very similar game to the NFC championship where the 2 met in Lambeau. I do believe that this is the best GB team that we've seen in years and probably the healthiest as well. The 49ers physical run heavy offense is the perfect way to take down a soft defense like the Packers have. They will have a very difficult time winning the line of scrimmage which is where most games are won and lost. I'm rooting for Green Bay in this one, but I think this is the worst matchup they could have gotten of all the playoff teams. GL with your bet

 Keep in mind Dallas is also an over-rated team. They won a garbage division. They lost to every quality opponent they played. Beat up on the dregs of the NFL. I just think people will take too much away from that win.  Green Bay at home with 2 weeks rest and healthy is going to be a beast. Rodgers can pick defenses apart like nobody I have seen play since Joe Montana.  Anyways, GL just wanted to add my two cents.

 With you on that brother. I have futures on GB to win it all so I am hoping you are right. Just wish they would have gotten a pass over the 9ers. I think the pack can beat any team in the game. Although the bills and titans could surprise everyone in the SB. BOL

Dont underestimate the return of top stud Bakhtiari. He will be huge in protection schemes neutralizing the left sided rush allowing Packers to chip on Bosa. They did not have him first game around.

this is a whole different animal then Dak cowgirls and the 14 penalties they had. Green bay doesn’t shoot themselves in the foot like that. Even though I bet San Fran and Honestly i wasnt too impressed with how they played. They should have blown out the Cowboys. I mentioned in my writeup they could survive 1 Jimmy G turnover and they barely did. Im not sure that will be the case in Lambeau. They settled for way too many field goals which is there MO all year. Fgs will not beat Aaron in Lambeau

San Fran is literally the worst matchup Green Bay could have gotten. I am max betting 49ers. They will spank that Green and Gold ass.

GB ran for 100yds and SF had 1 sack in SF.....this game will be 5 degrees out this time.

 Packers the least penalized team in the league and even better at home, only 3.1 penalties at Lambeau. Consider SF is double that OTR, 6.3 pg. Packers best TO differential and least TOs in the league and a league best +1.8 at home. The Bucs are the only other team over +1 at home, +1.2. Different animal, different field, different weather, different result

Jimmy csnt throw in warm weather ..HE IS A box period..they will give GB a good game but Jimmy will FUCK it up mark my words …ML greebay for sure

Most of you are right. 49rs are not a joke. That being said when they played GB was not even all there with all his players. Now GB is getting back several defensive and offensive players back that don’t see 49rs able to contain. I am impressed with them beating cowboys was a challenge but Dallas doesn’t have #12 and all his weapon. Will be a good game but I see a close one GB will win by 3 or beat them by over 10.

Good write up and insight buddy. 49ers was last week most obvious upset game. Only America Team fanatics couldn't see that and even put $ on them hahaha. Mr. Rogers will cruise this weekend.  BOL

Does anyone have any kind of stats to support this thinking?  Are you also against the Niners and Bengals because of equally "short weeks"?

Would love for someone to educate me on this.

 Great info and thanks for sharing!  49ers going to run and pass to deebo A LoT. Screens, short throws, that type of stuff. Not going to ask J Groppolo to do too much, just like last time where he threw 8 (lol) passes. 

the question is not Arod v JImG, it’s packers defense against SF run game. After the Dallas win +4.5 and juicy ML looks like a no brainer. I don’t buy it. as sudotech said, pack win by 3 or over 10.

 Deebo is a beast, been following him since his college days, South Carolina. Pack isn't going to completely stop him, just slow him down, no big plays. With the expected returns of CB Jaire Alexander, LBs Whitney Mercilus, and Za'darius Smith, the defense will be in a much better position to do just that, these are 3 very good players. Add in what will likely be a cold, frigid day which generally favors the defense, they should be able to accomplish that. I'll have a write-up later this week and you'll see all this again.

Packers will BEAT the 49ers even if Bosa plays and it won't be close. If you think San Fran is going to come to Green Bay and walk away with a win your deluded. Here is why.

#1) Temps are going to bone chilling Saturday night in Green Bay. Nite game temps probably will be around 10-15 Degrees.  Heavily favors Green Bay.

#2) Packers have key players on defense returning. Z. Smith & Mercilus will be back on Defense. There is no Film of R. Gary & Smith this year! San Fran has no idea what combinations may be coming.

#3) Both our running backs Jones and Dillon will have big days. Our Pro Bowl left tackle back in the Line Up for 2nd time.

#4) San Fran weak point is their QB period. J.G will struggle in the cold. The Pack will force J.G to throw the ball, Gary OUR version of Bosa will force some T/O's

#5) The combination of Lefluer, Rogers, Adams, Dillon and Jones is to deadly for San Fran to overcome.
