...Trade away Mack & Cooper and come away with 3 questionable draft picks.....Also Kolton Miller who he reached and drafted last year

They could of gotten Josh Jacobs in the 2nd round if they wanted to. Noone after them needed a RB...

 No other RB's taken.........& they took a marginal RB

 Pats got a stud WR with the last pick......Harry is a monster........TE size with WR shiit.

So on day 2, the Raiders trade pick #35 to the Jaguars for pick #38 and #109. The Jaguars in addition to the #35 pick get the #140 and #235 pick as well.

Essentially the Jaguars moved up in the draft and obtained an extra draft pick in the process. Crazy. an_getaway

Gruden has made some bizarre moves since taking over ....

I would say they did ok other than the first round pick was taken too soon but he has lots of potential. They covered most of their needs going forward.

I am far from a Gruden fan. After Bosa and William's went 2/3 picking 4th was a tough spot. I'm not sold on a 4 year player from Kentucky. Maybe Oliver or Gary but anyone other than Allen is called a reach.

The 2018 draft was an absolute disaster from Kolton Miller to trading away a 3 to Pittsburgh for Bryant. I think they did just fine this year.

Who should they have taken at 4?

The fact is  the Raiders  will succeed as soon as they move to Vegas. Just like the Rams did and the Raven  when they moved from Cleveland
