After playing with them for years, and losing to them mostly, (most of my winnings have been with bookmaker and betonline) they gave me a 25$ cash bonus which I turned into almost 5,000$ in the last 6 weeks and now when I ask them to wire me the money they claim the following:
The rules state: "Please note, any non-deposit bonus has a max cashout
value of $100 plus a $40 bank wire fee, however, please feel free to
contact us if you feel circumstances justify a review of this policy.
The whole thing is bogus because there was a 6 times rollover attached to the 25$ which adds up to a lot more than a 100$!
They know what they did was wrong because they are sending me 480$ instead of a 100$ but that doesn’t change things. The hours I spent capping these game, etc are all wasted. For those of you looking for an online site to bet at, that is fair and honest and pays out when you win, this place isn’t it.

That's par for the course when you play with Bonus funds at a lot of these books. It's basically getting Monopoly money; allows you to keep playing (wagering) but ultimately you're meant to lose it in order to make a deposit of your own funds at some point.

Curious how they would separate those winnings if you deposited at the same time? Like what if you deposit 100 bucks now. And you played for the next month. How could they tell you which came from which?
Either way - stupid rule from a sh*t book.

Had a bad experience with Betonline and their $250 play bonus. I also deposited $500 on top of that and they are forcing to push $7,500 in action before any cash is out is allowed. F that, they want you basically to keep playing until you lose it all. Scam.

I asked them the same thing. They couldn’t really answer but maybe this answers it (see below). I have no idea at this point. They’ll say anything to screw a customer of over a decade for what is essentially a pittance to them. Incredible, the times we are living in.
In situations where a no-deposit
bonus has been used to exceed the max bonus/withdrawal amount for
non-depositing bonuses, the player will not be entitled to a withdrawal
above the max withdrawal amount, regardless of subsequent deposits. A
player's balance must reach zero dollars, and then a real money deposit
must be made in order to exceed the max bonus/withdrawal amount."

Infuriating!! That would keep me up at night and probably also put me on tilt.
I was pretty angry, only because I had called and spoke to them in advance about taking out the money and nobody said a thing. In fact, they said it was all good, until I finally decided to take it out. I guess they thought I’d play until I lost.
I can only laugh now because my life is just one heartbreak after another. What these sorry excuses for human beings did by withholding winnings that I painstakingly earned pales in comparison. The world is going to pieces, inflation is through the roof. everyone is looking out for themselves and that’s to say nothing of my family crisis. Maybe this is a sign from the gods to just give up, because even when you win, you lose.

I have never been afraid of bonuses. I have always accepted them at every book and rollover never matters because I usually win with what they give me and blow past the rollover limit. And they all payed out, except these crooks! This is the first time this has happened to me with a book in a decade of doing this. The first time.

Pains me to hear that bb. Sometimes I struggle with nihilism—anyway some of this stuff from Bertrand Russell is helpful for me. Loved him for his zealous and rational atheism but only just learned about his ideas for combating unhappiness.

Thanks for sharing, buddy. I’ll check it out. I forgot you were a reader, so few of us left! But I have my own sources of comfort these days. Here is one from my favorites, Sophocles:
”Not to be born is, beyond all estimation, best; but when a man has seen the light of day, this is next best by far, that with utmost speed he should go back from where he came.”

Happens to me B4 too. The stupid thing is they group all winnings together so how am I supposed to know which is free play n which is regular pay winnings? I took it up to 7 grand, part sports n part online blackjack because I was bored at wk. Then asking to cash out n they said rollover BS. Pissed me off so I let it all fly on the following week, betting in the thousands and zero myself out n was done with that book. I no longer take bonus free play. Lesson learned. This was 10 years ago. Crooks written in the policy somewhere and expecting you to read all their terms. Nevermore.

I appreciate it, buddy. 10 years of accepting bonuses and receiving payment. This is the only book that screwed me. You are wise to avoid them.
