I don't think it's Schwartz showing a lack of class. Since when is defending your turf from someone showing you up on it "classless"? I wouldn't say George Teague was classless for defending the Dallas Star when T.O. was celebrating on it.
At the same time Harbaugh can celebrate like that if he wants. His team won the game...on the road no less. He just better be prepared for some consequences if he does it......like Schwartz going after him like that.
I have no problem with what either coach did.
I don't disagree much with u Ktrain...If you look at the snips of Schwartz after his victories, he's out there woofing and jumping up and down. He just got back what he sowed. Don't think you will see Jim doing that as his MO.
Thanks for your insightful input K...

I'm not saying Schwartz doesn't do those things, with all the fist pumping and screaming. I'm not saying I would be upset if another coach took offense to Schwartz either and came after him. It's a competative game with mostly alpha male personality types involved. This stuff is bound to happen and quite honestly, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.
I like coaches like the two in question today, the Ryan Brothers, John Harbaugh etc. I think it helps the NFL to have personalities like these. As much as I respect what Belicheck has done in N.E. he is a really boring guy. But I could see how some NFL fans would appreciate that in a coach. Not me though.
I think developing potential rivalries like this is good for the game. Especially since there is so much turnover these days in players and coaches. How long is anyone really with an NFL team 5 year or more these days? It's good for the game if these two guys don't like each and stay with their teams. It gives everyone an identity.
I'm hoping and praying for a 49ers vs Lions Wild Card match up this postseason. Not just because I'm a Lions fan, but because I'm a Football fan.
