Help with hedge. Buffalo vs Denver

Some dumb luck today but I have 3 parlays that need Buffalo ML

Potential payout is $2,525.52.  Should I hedge Denver ML and how much?

Of course, either throw a few hundred on Denver ML or throw a few more hundred on Denver +9

Take broncos +7 at plus money for 1k 

Personally would throw like $500 on broncos moneyline so you get a decent payout if your current parlays bust.

Safest Hedge play would be Denver plus points in First Half IMO..See Broncos w Rookie QB NIX in first playoff game folding down the stretch??  And I'm a Broncos fan..

They've had a Great year with mass improvement

 That’s not how that works, the smart persons hedge is Denver plus the 9 that way you can win everything , if you bet Denver $line it’s a zero sum game.

How? If you put the money on Denver and Denver wins then you forfeit all of your winnings on buffalo and only win the money placed on Denver but if you lay the amount mentioned above by me on Denver money line you guarantee yourself two grand either way correct?

In example, let's say that you placed $500 on Denver with the nine and Denver wins the game out right You would lose that $2,000 on Buffalo ML and only win $500 on the Denver play. At least that's the way I see it.

Denver plus points first Half brotha..Don't see Home team Bills losing this game....Just my 2 cents...Good Luck

 I can't see them losing as well not at home no friggin way so you would think right? but crusher I know you know the game as well and it's the NFL brother and crazy shit can come up on any given Sunday to screw lots of people's earnings as it has many times in playoffs past.

Don't hedge!  Denver will not beat Buffalo on the road in the playoffs.

Both ways are appropriate.One risks less money to cover the current earnings potential and the other covers the investment with a larger potential payout via a middle.

If you bet, $1,000 on Denver with the nine and Buffalo wins by 8 then yes you will win over $3, 000 but if Denver wins outright then you only win $1000, 

So why wouldn't you put 500 and that change on Denver, money line? This way, no matter what happens, you're winning $2,000 Right? Or Am I missing something here?

 Please read your own statement and do the math, calculate the wiggle room of 9 points and the risk reward. One could hedge more or less regarding risk reward. Not a large advantage either way, but moneylines generally pay more vig at commercial, legal, Draftkngs, books

Bet the middle and take Denver +9. No risk for a higher payout. It’s gambling after all. You will be bored with a guaranteed pay out. 

Bills haven’t lost at home all season , I have 2K on Bills at pick on the winning end of teasers . I may add more games in mixed sports to the Bills .Hedge because you need the money but going heavy on the Bills to just win because I can’t see them losing. I will get that money , than I’ll get a little more when the Vikings beat the Rams -2.5 . Have them on a parlay w Ravens . Let’s cash 

Wow, there’s a lot of bad math here. @justliketoplay is 100% correct. The CORRECT hedge is $500 and change on the Denver moneyline. Guarantees a $2000 win. Placing any bet on Denver plus points CAN win you more money, but your average expected value is LESS.
