Call me crazy but I just think Washington can pull off this upset. SF just played their hearts out in New Orleans and lost a close game and now have a foe who is 3-7 with their season hanging by a thread.
Washington had a rally to almost beat Philly their last game and now the talk is about how the team is starting to possibly turn on RG3. You will hear this all week about Rg3 and his leadership and how guys aren't responding to him. It's just media blabble to get you paranoid. All last week I heard about Peyton Manning's injured ankle and how will he move around against the tough KC pass rush blah blah blah.
If you look at SF's losses, 3 of the 4 they have been manhandled at the line of scrimmage. Seattle ran right down their throats in week 2, week 3 vs Indy Bradshaw for the Colts had 95 yards and a score, and in week 10 Carolina had 109 yards of rushing. In those 3 losses the common factor is the SF front 7 gave up some rushing yards. SF wants to be the bully on the block but you know when you confront a bully they shrink in stature. If you look at the Redskins in total rushing yards per game they lead the league with 155.2 and they also average 5.1 ypc which is #1 also.
I know when you look at this game on paper you say to yourself. SF is 6-4 and is tied for the #6 seed in the NFC and surely they are better than Chicago and Arizona, so you THINK that this is a must win for them in week 12. On the flip side Washington has lost 2 straight games that were tight at the end and with a 3-7 record their chances of winning the division are pretty much gone. That's exactly what the odds makers want you to think. Also if you look at Sf's remaining schedule they should be able to get to 10-6 even if they lose this game, so their is no need for the mentality of if SF loses they are done.
The way I see it is, Washington has nothing to lose and SF everything to gain. Pressure is squarely on SF here. Rg3 seems to be himself and enjoy the game more when the pressure is off and the game is just that, a game. The Redskins will play lose and free here and surprise the 49ers. I am not sure if they will win the game but with 5 points i like it.
Score prediction Washington 27 SF 24
Washington +5

Nice writeup. But no. Not gonna happen. Its one very good team that is pissed off at the world vs one ok team pissed off at eachother. Look for Kaep to get back on track against that weak secondary. Throw for 250+ yards 49ers 38 Skins 20

Never bet on teams when the locker room is a mess. Those players in that locker room don't respect RGIII right now and there is a lot of tension. Just read what the Olineman and Moss said. Thats not a good thing.
Not to mention, your betting against one of the best teams/coaches ATS spread coming off a loss.
Washingtons season has been a disaster. A complete failure on all levels. Now you are expecting them to all of a sudden become resurgent against one of the best defenses they will face all year?
No Way.

Noway Redskins win this game. They couldn't even beat the crap teams they have been playing and now they are going to bear the 49ers?
Also, your writeup was a lot of speculative nonsense and no actual stats or solid reasoning on why or how the Redskins can upset the stupid 49ers. (I hate the 49ers)

This is exactly what I want to hear that Washington has no chance. ESPN is leading people to the slaughter house by reporting all week about Washington locker room turmoil. The trap is set.
