I see a lot of good cappers on the Jets Just can't see this team winning or covering. I know the public will be on Houston , but I think this is Houston year and they make a statement these next 2 tv games. Houston -8 is the play 550

Beating the lowly Jets isn't making a statement.
Let's go Darwin

They are at a ALL TIME low right now. Embarrassed by last weeks performance. There really is not a way you could go much lower.
Then you think about who Houston has there 4 wins against. Ten,Jac,Mia and Denver. Besides Denver who is a slightly above average team, Houston has played the bottom of the barrel and has flown under the radar in terms of people remembering who they played. Meanwhile people just know they smoked their opponent. I wonder why? Cause they all sucked.
Meanwhile the Jets have faced Buf,Pit,Mia and San Fran which is a big difference between the quality of opponents.
Also, this game is a do or die for the Jets. They now have to prove to themselves and the world that they can compete with any team in the NFL. This is MNF at home, considering their situation this is their superbowl. Houston's point of view is different. Since they first looked at their schedule their eyes went right to their week 6-7 opponents, which are their real first test.
The right side is on the NYJ. But the issue is do you have the balls to bet it?

Well here is why I would bet the Jets

This is a huge game for the Jets. They still are in a decent position in their division, and a win keeps them right on N.E.'s heels. They have not been playing good football, but this is the NFL and they do have great players on their defense. They could easily shut down Houston and keep this fg type of game. Either way 8-9 point chalk on the road in the NFL is brutal..The TeXans are due for a letdown, and even if they find a way to win, I think NY keeps it close..GL

It seems like the last 3 years everyone always says "This is Houstons year.." and somehow never seems to really pan out as well as planned. It's gonna get rowdy in NY tonight
