The giants havent covered 8 points since week 1 at dallas. They have been getting worse by the week. Their defense is atrocious and their offense might be worse. They only put up 21 against the Eagles at home. Chicagos defense is much better. They cant protect Eli and have absolutely NO running game and who knows what David Wilson's status will be. I just cant possibly see them competing with a good chicago team IN chigago on short rest. Peppers and that line will be all over Eli all game. I think the bears cover the 8. Anyone see a reason the giants cover?

Bears defense is no better. Eli should be able to put up points the bears defense. I'll lean over if I were you.
How can ou possibly say the Bears defense is no better than the Giants? Bears rank 8th in total defense, 4th against the rush and 16th against the pass; and thats after playing the Lions and the Saints, and they lead the league in take aways. The Giants dont rank better than 19th in any of those categories. Get a clue

definitely a valid point. The difference here is that offensively NYG are last in rushing and 30th in passer rating. Bears are top 12 in both.
Bears give up just under 26 points/g at home one of those teams being the saints last week. Giants average 12 point/g on the road with about 90% of those points coming against the cowboys week 1. Theres just nothing that points to the giants hanging with the bears on the road.
Bears will score plenty of points. 34-17 bears is my prediction.

ummm the saints did not pass all day, they had a really good run game The bears shut them down for 3 quarters, and two turnovers held them to 2 field goals

If you look at the actual stats from the game it looks nothing like what I watched on TV. Let's use facts and not opinions here everyone. If everything went by our opinions then he Jets and Raiders would have lost easily.
