For the last time. It's not the coach, it's the players. News flash for everyone, and I mean everyone. A head coach in any sport, at any level, IS AS ONLY GOOD AS HIS PLAYERS!!!!! THERE AREN'T ANY GREAT COACHES, ONLY GREAT PLAYERS!!!! Nick Saban was supposed to win at Alabama, he had the #1 recruiting class year after year after year. He got fired in Miami! Why!?!?! Because he had something called Cleo Lemon for his quarterback! Why does Bill Belichick have super bowls with Tom Brady, but in 10 years without Brady on his roster, he has 0. Ask Greg Popovich!

If so- called "great"coaches saban, Belichick, parcels, Kirby, reid were the head coach of Delaware State football team right now, not 5 years from now when their recruiting classes come in, but right now, Delaware state would still only win one or two games. Head coach has nothing to do with it, it's the players. When a offensive coordinator calls a play, it's not the play being called, it's the players who are executing the plays. End of story

Again, it's not because of coaching, it's because of players. Ask Bill Belichick about players??? Ask Nick Saban about players. Saban had something called Cleo Lemon for his quarterback in Miami. He knew he couldn't win, so he went back to college where he could pick his players

I agree with you if you misunderstood. My point is? It's not the coach, it's the players. Like you said, last year they sucked too with the "so-called greatest coach"of all time. When actually Belichick sucks too

Mayo just made a horrendous mistake going for two when going for the extra point makes it a one score game if you make the two point conversion on the next TD. They missed on the 2 point conversion and made it a 2 score game 16-25 ending any hope for a comeback.
Kraft decided on him being the HC 5 years ago and I assume Mayo also knew this as well. So you coach as a linebackers/DC for years and know someday you wil be a HC but you never prepared yourself for situations like this as a HC? As a pats fan after watching Bill coach and seeing this team it’s a joke they shouldn’t even have a win. Coaching staff is garbage doesn’t matter what players they have because they will get out coached or make mistakes in close games anyways for the example the Seahawks game. Even Belichick said coaching was to blame for that loss.
