Eagles win a close game. Rams are a really good football team. They got a lot of pressure on Darnold. Was minny OLine that bad? I think the Rams can force Hurts into a bad mistake or two. But the Eagles OLine is the best in the business right now. AJ Brown, Meet your counterpart Puka Nacua. That dude is a baller. Stanford and McVey with the edge imho. Rams were hurt at the beginning of the year and have played great since their bye. The wild card?!

But you better bring your A game because as the Packers showed last week that if you don't....you lose.
I give the Rams the same opportunity as I did Green Bay last week a chance to win this game and if the Rams have a complete and fumble, intercepted, dropped passes, missed field goal attempts, bonehead penalties, (very important) and deliver a turnover free game and give Matt time to throw and capitalize and score points on mistakes that Philly makes? Then yes rams can and will win.
Yes the Eagles are the team to beat a well rounded team with a defense and offense that are tops but if the Rams come out and play Stafford style then yes this 11-7 team can win and I doubt even with a mistake or two on an intangible in this game which more than likely will happen...they keep it close.

Its grown men out there playing a sport. A key play here, a key play there, anything can happen.
Stafford recently won a SB and is no slouch. He has great weapons at the WR position and a very good head coach.
I do agree the Eagles have a better team and if they play 100 times the Eagles win most of the time, but lets not act like the Rams can't win this game, weve seen much crazier things happen.

Stafford having time to throw is essential for Rams to have success offensively.. he is no longer mobile in the pocket and rarely evasive when pressured..
If they design their pass attack to mostly be the short 5-15 yard passes, getting the ball out quickly is key, he can still be extremely effective as he was vs Vikings.
Rams DL is their strong suit, DBs are where they can get into trouble..
my site has Eagles -7, I believe the Rams +7.5 (and 10 pt tease +17.5 w/2 others is worth a shot)

Well there is a 95% chance of snow in Philadelphia at game time accumulating up to 3".. This will impact the game no matter how you look at it.
1. Field Conditions: Snow can make the field slippery and reduce traction. This typically benefits the defense, as defenders can react more quickly to offensive movements. Offensive players, especially receivers and running backs, may struggle with footing. 2.Visibility: Heavy snowfall can reduce visibility, making it harder for quarterbacks to see receivers and for players to track the ball. This can hinder offensive plays, particularly passing. 3.Running Game: Snowy conditions often lead teams to rely more on the running game, as passing can become riskier. Teams with strong running offenses may find success, while teams reliant on passing may struggle. 4. Game Strategy: Coaches may adjust their strategies based on weather conditions. In snowy weather, teams may opt for a more conservative approach, which can favor the defense if they can anticipate and counteract the offensive plays. 5. Player Experience: Teams with players experienced in snowy conditions may perform better. Familiarity with handling the ball and executing plays in adverse weather can be advantageous.
In summary, while snowstorms can present challenges for both offenses and defenses, they often tend to favor the defense due to the impact on player movement and visibility. However, teams that can adapt their strategy effectively may find opportunities to exploit the conditions.

Only chance for rams is if stafford plays lights out and gets them in the lead early...which could force eagles to go pass heavy which they don't wanna do
They could also easily get a garbage time TD to cover the spread
I'm curious to see how stafford performs in the weather....basically a career indoor QB
Stafford 1-7 in games with precipitation
