How does Tomlin have a job

Inside the 5 and Harris touches the ball once against the worst run D in the league.  I mean how can you even explain that after the fact? If you run it 4x and don’t get in then fine, but that play selection is low percentage trash.

He’s a great motivator or he wouldn’t have a job! In game he’s always been suspect! One reason Belichick and the Patriots have owned him forever…agree about Harris but also just kick the FG…he’s famous for this dumb decisions

Diversity hiring. He is considered one of the better ones too. A new NFL guideline will require teams to interview and hire some diverse coaches. It’s getting ridiculous.

I mean he’s done some good things in his career so I wouldn’t really say he has a job for that assumption.  He’s a hell of a lot better than I’d ever be I just don’t understand who you’re trying to fool throwing fades and shovel passes with a 95 year old QB. 

LAC defense is begging you not to run against them and completely let them off the hook.

Im glad someone else said it first.  But I agree. 

That's why it calls NATIONAL FRAUD LEAGUE KIDDO. Stop watching the game or you will jump off the 13th floor very soon. 

I think Tomlin is a fantastic coach for 165 hours a week.  He does a great job of controlling his locker room, prepping his team, game planning, providing cover for his players (who all love playing for the man), etc... You don't hear about many distractions or controversies in the Steelers camp, because he keeps a lid on it. He has a great relationship with owners, players, media, etc...  With all that being said, the 3 hours a week he spends on the sidelines during a game just isn't where he thrives.  His decision making is iffy, his reactions and adjustments are suspect, etc...  If you give the guy a problem and give him time, he'll solve it.  But put him on the spot, in a game, and he's shaky and somewhat indecisive.

Luckily for the PI after they went 0-4 for -2 yards without handing him the ball one freakin time from the 3 yard line prior to the score!!! 

If the Steelers make the playoffs Tomlin might win coach of the year ...

Schedule was most difficult in the league coming into season , defense has tons of holes , Ben is old , Tick tock dancer hurt , o line is questionable at best , AFC NORTH is the BEST DIVISION in football ..

Tomlin does exactly what the nfl wants.

 I don’t know about coach of the year lol, a blocked punt and good bounce off a helmet to erase a 14 point lead here.  

My point was the decisions inside the 5. I don’t have anything against the Steelers at all or Tomlin overall, I’d take him in detroit tomorrow tbh.  I watched them do this against the Lions last week now against the Chargers where they just make really interesting play calling decisions in goal to go spots when they have clear advantages elsewhere they seem to totally ignore
