How to beat Peyton Manning...

you cant!....but i think the formula to beating denver is having a hard hitting, turnover making, 49ers playing the saints in the playoffs 2 years ago in the playoffs kind of defense. manning will get the ball to his receivers but if there is a defensive team out there that can make the ball carriers fumble the ball after the reception or handoff, it would seem that team would have the best chance to beat the broncos.which team do you guys think has a defense that could create enough turnovers to give themselves a chance vs peyton and a good enough offense to put up points?

Shocking to me there are still people stupid enough to criticize Peyton&#x27;s game, or career, in anyway...The guy IS the gold standard!  Even Marino can no longer claim to be the greatest QB of all time... and I think there are few people who REALLY know football, who ever thought someone could come along to dethrone Big Dan... but Peyton is just on another planet!But PLEASE... feel free to bet against Peyton when he gets to the playoffs this year, since you are so smart!

Peyton can be beat, its not easy but yest it can be done. The Ravens beat Denver in Denver. How did they do it? 3 KEYS
1. Tight Secondary (have to play physical, man to man and in ur face football) Cannot play Zone, Peyton will rip u apart, dont even try that straegy!
2. Hard Hits, receivers may make catches but make sure you hit them hard, infact let them make the catch cleanly and then go for a knock out punch!
3. Control as much clock as needed, remind players in the huddle, to not go out of bounds, remind QB to snap with .03 or less seconds, Remind the team, its ok to take a delay of game penalty if over y

This was the best answer given but funny thing is I don&#x27;t see anyone in  the afc this year that can do that with the exception of Balttimore and Houston and only at home on the road Peyton shreds them. Ithink Denver will have home field through out the playoffs. Most likely be Denver vs Seattle  or New Orleans Super Bowl depending on which team gets more wins and has homefield for the NFC championship and Denver will beat New England in the afc championship

Peyton is all rythum and timing. U play tight bump and run coverage and get pressure with front four. He will start throwing floaters and picks. I believe the jets can be denver kryptonite but scoring with him another story.look at games he lost. He can look very average. Watch jet playoff game 2010

THe key to beat him is to give him no time to make his read. Put heavy pressure in the middle and collapse the pocket. ANy qb would stutter once he got hit few times. Disrupt receivers route and timing. The other team has to run the ball well and be physical on both phases of the game. Thats how the Pats lost last year to the Ravens. Pats and Broncos are finesse team. They ll win a lot of games during the season but playoff is a different animal. Offense win game, but defense wins championship.
