Papa...I saw Marc Lawrence has a huge situational play on SD as well but I cannot ignore Pete Carroll having 10 days to prepare vs. SD with barely 6.

I also feel 'Hawks will handcuff Wilson much less in his 3rd year allowing a few less close calls as we saw LY in games where they should have covered with ease.

The logic is fair about this situation but I just don't see Rivers being able to handle the Seattle defense.  The guy is nearly guaranteed to blow it in clutch situations and I'm sure the Seahawks will bring the heat off his right/blind side.  DJ Fluker is going to have his hand full with Cliff Avril, and without Nick Hardwick the Chargers O-line is going to be a bit disorganized with their line of scrimmage assignments and adjustments.  Very much looking forward to watching Rivers use his shot-put technique to heave some balls up for grabs, followed by bitching out his receivers and offensive lineman.  Look at what the Seahawks did to an immobile but precise pocket passer in the Super Bowl, they found the weakness to get pressure and exploited it time after time.  

Seattle wins by at least a touchdown.

Gotta agree with this here. Look at what Seattle did to denver in the SB, and then green bay in the opener. I have a feeling green bay isn't nearly as bad as seattle made them look. Pete carroll is just seriously prepared for ever opponent, and has the players that will execute whatever he asks. SD has a slim running game...but not against seattle...SD has a mediocre passing game...not against seattle.

Wait till tommorow when the public jumps all over the Hawks. I'll guarantee that the line will move to 7 1/2. Then jump on the Chargers.

I'm much more comfortable teasing the Chargers up. +12 at home with a home dog like this is as good as it gets against any team in the league.

Chargers have the physicality to play with Seattle.... and their QB when on point is top notch....

Broncos were shook last year and htey got punched in the stomach last year on the first series and quickly folded after that to Seattle. This same Chargers team went into Denver last year facing a red hot Broncos team and did the same thing to the Broncos in their own building. 

they have the physicality to control the line of scrimmage offense and defense and the QB is can compete with any other QB on any given Sunday. Theyre getting 6.5 and coming off a loss.... this is the same team that handed Cincy a road loss n in the playoffs too..... i'm taking the Chargers....

Only worry is if they let Russel throw the ball more..... kid is unproven with a chip on his shoulder..... he's dynamic and high IQ.... plus big time MLB arm throwing the football.... this is always the upside to Seattle.... once they let trust him enough to let him loose..... then seaTtle will be a major problem on any give day IMO.

Rivers was hitting his receivers in the hands and they were dropping shhh left and right last week..Short week..Tough Seattle D..

But..
