I am a big fan of Detroit lions this year

I'm heavy on the Lions to win division. Over 9.5 wins. Coach of year small and nfc Champs small 

Stars are aligned ..their defense will be much much improved . 

All these draft picks they've hit on will start paying dividends.

GM has done great. I think they're building a strong team and foundation with the right players. 

They’re the trendy pick this season. Not a big surprise since they are favored to win their division. If Minnesota fixes their defense, they could reclaim the North. 

I like them too. One of my best friends is from Detroit so I have always paid attention. Vikings defense will be trash again, no Rodgers and Bears might win 6 games this year, Lions all the way! Good luck with your bets. I am going to the Thursday opener here in KC. No Chris Jones, new WR’s, Toney always hurt and if Kelce is out, I am going to take the points as I think Detroit is a live dog. Mahomes is Mahomes and KC will win at the end in spectacular KC fashion for an exciting NFL opener. 

KC will be down in this game, you can book that. Always have been a slow starting team, then turn on the jets at the right time.

second fav team..no denver did the dirty on them as well..however thats in the past and wilson as had a year withhe playbook..good d..tough as fek div..cut themselves up..

Okay I think you are right, but its growing pains and they playing the ex-champs in week 1.  I know KC has issues but until I actually see the Lions play and win I am not backing this historically loser team.

I love how this whole forum is a bunch of lion fans.  This team will not win 8 games.  Their defense sucks and Goff will not play at same level.  They had a miracle run last year and it ends same old average Detroit team who will show up. Green Bay will win the division Mahomes nor Andy Reid will lay a egg. They are pros at this and are home no way the crowd stays quiet.  This is set up to be a blow out. The jags crushed them in pre season Detroit has no second strings I can't wait to see all these lions fan cry all year after the first 3 weeks ... kc by double digits tomorrow....

Seems like lions are everyone's sleeper pick even though they are favored to take the division.  Boy did they get hyped up this off-season.  They usually crash and burn when they get annointed ahead of a big game

went and checked it out and sure enough, the Lions have all but one of Brad Holmes draft picks on the team right now. He's drafted 22 players and only Jermar Jefferson is not with the team. 

Goff is 28 and underrated. Ben Johnson is a brilliant play caller. Goff plays with chip on shoulder and will lead this team to nfc north winners

Coach is aggressive plays to win not tight like shannahan.

Owner scouts GM coaches and players are doing a helluva job

James Houston a 6th round pick 8 sacks last year

Among Ra a pro bowler beast of a human being speaks 3 languages 4th rounder

Detroit is actually impressive. Ball is being played around the players and with an outstanding pace of play. Looking forward to the second half already.
