“Vegas” only concern is with “long term” slot machine players, not sports bettors. You kids really shouldn’t be betting.....
You must be a genius, there sure is a lot of slot machine players these days in this pandemic.

I did not believe in fixed /rigged games until tonight. I was skeptical betting SEA with the line legit only moving 1 pt but yet 75% of the money was on them. I'm going to be mindful of this shit next time though.

@LogCottage
"Sportsbetting makes up 2% of total revenue."
For the second time in one day, I actually find someone to reply to, someone who understands reality and make sense. Both times - it was you.
Though it pops up daily at this Festival of The Inbreeds, to believe Vegas fixes games shows a staggering amount of ignorance. It exposes a total lack of understanding of the typical hold % of a sports book, and it's (ir)relevance to the total annual revenue generated at a casino/hotel (I ran a book. I know the real numbers.) Not to mention the fear those corporations have of the NGC.
(And yes, casinos LOVE slot machines. They are programmable. They never call in sick. And HR never has to deal with sexual harassment complaints about them hitting on cocktail waitresses. Plus, they were originally implemented for morons, people who can't add up to 21 or grasp the difference between Pass and Don't Pass. Casinos love stupid people.)

Wow...dejá vu all over again. I guess the second shift @Covers is checking in from last night lol.
Vegas knows (and most of us know) that there will always be sports bettors for their wagering games. For every bettor on here that protests they're quitting, or closing their betting account, there's 10 new bettors coming through the virtual doors of the gambling dens.

The difference is if you are down 14 and miss the first 2pt conversion you can go for 2 on a second TD.

Just to understand...
Vegas opened the game at -5 and by kick off, it was -6.5. Based on what happened, who got screwed the most on that 2 pt convert? It was Vegas, right?
Vegas got middled.
So where does the fixing or rigging come into play?

If you are convinced the NFL fixes its games then you are a total fool to continue to play the games. I see weird stuff in games from time to time but crazy stuff happens in everybody's life from time to time. I am 99.9% sure the games are not pre determined. I have won and lost games on odd events during the game, but I have never believed the games are rigged.
