seems like it with the way the line has moved. 80% of the public are on the patriots and the line moves from 7 to 6.5. everyone says that the lions have lost the last 7 thanksgiving games but this lions team is a lot better than the teams of the past. lions have kept up with the big boys this year by less than 7. but i'm afraid that the lions might want to pack up because it's thanksgiving and their are at home. you could say the same for the pats.

Not with old Bill at the helm. You bet against brady? you might be kicking yourself in the ass as the game goes on!

Also the Pats are still behind the jets in the standings... i do not see a let down here...

Detroit is at home with it's only nationally televised game.  They've could've won almost everyone of there games.  Make no mistake, the Lions will be fired up for this game.  The line movement in my book is the opposite of what you're saying.  It opened at 6.5 and moved to 7.

With this said, I took the pats at -6.5 and waiting for it to move +7.5 to hedge my bet.  It's going to be hard to cheer against my Lions on Turkey day.

some books have the line moving in the favor of the lions man...i thnk a lot more ppl are on DET than most think...

no let down but i think some ppl arnt taking into account the way pats will more than likely play this game...if you know Bellacheat you know he is gonna try to shorten this game as much as possible to play keep away from det and their offensive weapons..short week, Brady a little nicked up, against a team they could easily get by w/o doing to much...so while yes pats could cover this number im just not sold they play the kind of game where it happens..think you will actually see a det team that is sick of getting treated like a door mat on Turkey Day at their house and make this a game, Pats win but i think by only 4 as in 24-20 Pats.....GL everyone

Brady played at Michigan and will have a lot of supporters at the game.  I'm not sure about the Pats defense, but Brady will come to play.

i like the pats with -6.5 but also like the det playing hard and coming close again...but with the standing with the jets i think the pat will play harder

kinda why im teasing pats and jets..but taking det+7..who knows maybe it will be a Turkey Day miracle and i hit them both

No offense, but the Pats being behind the Jets, makes you think that they'll cover 7 points?  There is a HUGE difference in winning and covering isn't there?

I think the patriots only major let down game mid season was their turd they laid against Cleveland, after that they are looking fuego and will not dissapoint..really tough to bet against Brady and they are possibly the best coached NFL team.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME LIONS DEFENSE AND TEAM FROM LAST YEAR.  THEY PLAY HARD, TOOK THE JETS TO THE WIRE.  THEY WILL GET THIER 24.
