The George Mason team that beat UCONN in NCAAB a few years ago might think the Saints have a chance

I don't know man. He might say one thing, but deep down, he is pulling for "the extended family" IMO.

Like that even matters!

Firstly, there were 4 TAKEAWAYS and 1 GIVEAWAY in that game.  Give credit where it's due.

Secondly, consider the turnovers and not just that it was a turnover.  There was one at the end of the half at the Saints 5.  The other at the end of the game with 10 seconds left.  Another at the Saints 10.  Saints got ONE turnover in Vikings territory and scored.  The last was decent at the Saints own 35.  

Considering the circumstances, they stopped the Vikings from scoring, but really didn't help the Saints much beyond that.

The turnovers that could have helped was a dropped INT by the Saints and 2 fumbles recovered by the Vikings.

Be more observant before spouting pure drivel.

As for the game, this is a year where I think you can truly say that the NFC was stronger than the AFC.  Just look at each conferences playoff participants.  The AFC's playoffs were putrid compared to the NFC.

Looking at the amount of close games the Colts played to lesser opponents, the Saints have an EXCELLENT chance to win this game, if not a close one or even big. 

I'd expect a close one to go down to the wire.

Not the way they played vs MINN.  Peyton will be better protected than Favre and Colts wrs should eat up NO dbs.  They can win but I doubt they get 5 turnovers.

I am the most objective Saints fan I know! LOL! Yes my friend the Saints have a fantastic chance to win this game. With a fantastic o line, a better running attack, all pro QB, and 5 weapons to throw to in Colston, Henderson, Meachem, Shockey, and Lance Moore. 6 if you want to count Bush. Can the D win the battle against Payton? Well they took care of Warner, Farve, Brady, Ryan (Twice) so that's pretty good. The secondary does not have Jason David anymore so I am feeling good. It is indeed an excellent chance.

You know if the Colts had gone undefeated to this point i would actually give the Saints some chance to win this game but that incentive was taken away in week 15.  Now i give them no chance.

Sure, they can win this game.  Underdogs have done well in the SB.

Favre and the Vikes took care of themselves, brees had a typical "brees big game day".... not good.... red zone fumbles alone (by the vikes) equated in the score shifting a minimum of 13 pts in the Saints favor (2 red zone vikes fumbles, and one in the saint red zone resulting in a td) and the regulation score was tied.... Saints took care of no one last weekend, and they are going to need another such performance by the colts to get it done.... question is... will the colts give it away? hmmm
