They are not a cold-weather team which allows you to lay the number here.

Brutally cold??? 27 degrees is a ice box?? You guys wussy boys in Philly!?!?! Yeah it's cold but save those labels for Green Bay.
Dude it was 5 degrees last nite when I got home from bar at midnite...that's without the wind...as a former Eags season ticket holder ...it is tough to just be out there in the stadium for 3+ hours...most fans have been out drinking and tailgating since 1 pm EST...I found it tough to scream and yell when that cold...lungs start to freeze...and Bree,s O line has 2 weak links...Trent Cole and Co will be hitting Drew Boy Early and Often...and Shady McCoy has averaged 4.2 yds per carry in 1st Qrt...4.8 in 2nd...5.6 in 3rd and 6.4 yds per carry in the 4th Quarter !!! And Coach Kelly has these boys in top shape and they practiced all week out in less than 20 degree weather...saints put the AC on in Superdome 62 degrees is NOT 3 degrees...Eags run it down Saint Throat and Kelly putting a corner on Graham like Belichick did...Pats held him to 1 catch...Jets did the same...If Jets ran on Saints...what do u think #1 rushing team will do ?
I rarely bet more than 1 unit...may bet 2 or 3 on Eags -3 and on Eags ML ...I see a 27-20 type gm EAGS WIN !!!

Only 6 NFL games out of 16 weeks? Yes. Because I don't give a crap about capping every week. I look for one winner and if I see it I share it so we all make money.
I live near Philly and I can say, right now, it is an ice box over here. This game will hit the teens with the wind chill.
You want no part of the outside. It is death weather, that is, if you accidently lock yourself outside of your house with no one around and you have no jacket, you will die. And I mean that. And it won't take long either. There is snow on the ground that isn't going anywhere anytime soon compounding the already frigid temperatures.
How are the Saints on the road and outdoors?
In the regular season, the Saints scored an average of 16 fewer points per game on the road than they did at home while allowing opponents to score six more points per away matchup. Their turnover differential of plus-six at home was flipped to minus-six on the road. They led at halftime of their home games 160-77 this season. On the road, they trailed at halftime 122-81. TheSaints were, for all practical purposes, a mediocre team when not in the confines of the Superdome.
Even worse was how the Saints performed in open-air contests, going 2-4 outdoors and 9-1 indoors -- a marked drop from the 6-1 outdoor mark they posted during their Super Bowl season. According to NFL Media's research department, under Payton, the Saints have a 2-5 regular-season record when the temperature is under 40 degrees and 0-1 in the postseason.
This is not your typical road game given the cold and this will not be the same Saints team. There will be a raucous, drunken crowd on hand in Philly for this game. And the extra cold will do the Saints in. This is a pure situational play against the Saints on a brutally frigid day against a team that is surging.
Why would you flat out lie about the weather?? Don't you know we all know the weather in Phil. Wow!

Great write up, as well as a solid philosophy on playing only what you really like without trying to cap every game. As a Bucs backer, have to remind you that was the wrap against them going into the final NFL game that would ever be played at Veterans Stadium against the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game. That didn't work out well for the locals. But, I hear you, it was cold that day but not like it is tonight.
I'm also on the Eagles. Good luck.

I gotta tell ya. I liked the Eagles to win and the weather allowed me to lay the 3 so it's not ALL weather here.
I remember the Bucs game well. That was a special team.

I took the Eagles tonight vs the Saints but I never thought the 2002 Bucs would be mentioned in this Really the last postseason year that was easy for a Super Bowl Team..Every game was a double digit victory...Special Team indeed that's Bucs Team
