Who - besides me is NOT a fan of BOOGER MacFARLAND ? For some reason, I cannot enjoy his commentary nor his role on Monday Night Football. Long gone are the days of Howard Cosell, Dandy Don Meredith, and Frank Gifford!!
I DO NOT CARE FOR BOOGER MacFARLAND on Monday Night Football Telecasts - Who is with me?? and perhaps why?

I'd rather listen to the plaid coated Lindsey Nelson, the old voice of the Fighting Irish.
I LOVED Lindsey Nelson.....Ralph Kiner and L.N. were the best for the NY Mets back in the day.
I loved Keith Jackson (ABC Sports) for any Saturday afternoon college game between Labor Day and The Bowl Games !!! "He's Hit, He's stripped and FUMBLLLLLLLLLLE" !!!!
How about Kurt Gowdy way back when for the NFL games? Loved him and Dick Enberg.....there were sooo many GREAT ANNOUNCERS back in the day !

I was never a big Booger guy until the Packers-Lions game, when the refs threw up all over themselves and the field. He called them out, showed no mercy whatsoever. He's done the same tonight a few times. Most guys just toe the NFL line, but he doesn't, and for that he gets my respect.

They all put me on tilt. True, Booger can be annoying, but anyone is better than Joe Buck. Other than just muting the tv, broadcast companies should, especially in this day and age, provide a broadcast w/ no commentary- just sounds from the players on field.

MNF is a sad shell of what it used to be. When I hear the announcing, I think I'm listening too HS football in Canada...... and Epstein didn't kill himself.
