jets tying FG

Game should have ended with time expiring. The jets spotted their own ball.  30 yard completion with 14 seconds left and WR went down at the 15 yard line with 9 seconds left running clock and all the jets players running to get lined up.  The ref is suppose to spot the ball not the jets player, which would have taken another 1-2 seconds at minimum. Giants got screwed.   

i'd have to read the rule a few times specifically about spotting to have an opinion.

 You have to give the ball to the ref to spot it if u are in a hurry like the jets were as he has to look down the sideline to the ref there to mark the accurate spot down the sideline. Nope the Wr who caught the ball gave the ball to the center who then spotted the ball and then the ref ran in and touched the ball to sort of make it legal but that is wrong. A player cannot spot the ball as the spot could be inaccurate, which it probably was. The refs messed up and allowed this to happen. Another Screw by the part time refs.

After the spike. NY should have buzzed down and gone to review. Illegal spotting. 10 second run off. Game over. 

The snap was legal...Gano missing a 35yd FG at the end of the game should be illegal.
