Jets vs giants

Is there something brewing in jets land ?? , 3 straight covers , a tight loss to kc and a win over the super bowl runner up eagles and a win vs the bills

so the jets have seen some SOLID offensive line talent, quality def units , upper class qbs tight ends and wr and have looked like THEY BELONGED in those games and are a respectable 3 and 3 

now they get the giants who will be without LT Thomas out again , jones out again. The giants haven’t seen corners like the jets , they should struggle in those matchups and the giants have seen a couple defense fronts in Dall and sf and they got buried , now it’s the jets with a quality front and great corners 

I expect the jets to win the line of scrimmage and they should also win the turnover battle

In addition, in 2021 coach saleh in his first year as a jets coach didn’t have 

Gardner , reed , whitehead , adams in the secondary, as a result the jets allowed 20 or more pts 15 times that year

yes that’s accurate , 15 TIMES ! 

one of their wins that year was against tyrod Taylor in Houston 21 - 14 , Taylor was 17 for 26 ,158 pass yards , he hit cooks for a deep 40 yard td in that game and scored on a short field possession 23 yards 

So they did a great job on Taylor in a year their defence struggled big time With a poor secondary 

the jets d 2 years later has transformed itself  into one of the best in the nfl 

if they held Taylor to 158 pass yards without the secondary they have now what do you think they should do the second time around 

it’s not like the nyg are a quality offensive unit and neither was hou in 2021

The -3 seems a bit low to me 

My apologies for adding more info , forgot to mention the jets have travelled once in 6 weeks , that was to Denver , they also have had the TOUGHEST schedule in the nfl through week 6 , and they are off a bye , they looked good in several games to date in this schedule , I expect a solid game from the jets again 

-3 is not low, jets as a fav is an anomaly

To me it seems a bit low , that’s why im backing the jets, the jets should be favoured in this “ MATCHUP “

Wilson has only been favoured 3 times in the nfl , he’s 2 and 1 ats in those 

he’s started roughly 28 games 

Hes also 7 and 4 ats when the line is between -3 and +3

I am in NY, non NYC.  The Jets should not be favored here, that's why I chimed in.  Huge support (from me) for Wilson at home, but is he home?   Split stadium, same/same

NYG shouldn't be a fav either, not making that statement.  That said game should be a PK, given Gmen last 2 effort and Jets miracle then bye.  Same field split crowd

start jones = Jets, non Jones = craps, roll the dice

should be a great game

Giants defense has been legit the last few weeks. It's going to be a low scoring game.

Jets beat philly, bills, and lost to kc by 3. Who else has a resume like that? Giants a bottom feeder with or without Jones. Jets wont win by much and wilson is always a risk but giants don't score more than 14pts.

 Yea Giants had -8 passing yards and were 1 yard sequon Barkley should've had from winning the game. No idea why he just laid down. I think he wasn't aware of jets timeouts
