As I strolled through these forums & threads as of late I realized there are those who want a quick & easy pick...to try an get rich the quick way.

Most understand the concept of gambling...NOTHING COMES EASY!!! I say again "NOTHING COMES EASY"...now after getting that out the way, let's talk about chemistry amongst the the COVERS community.

The posters, trollers, or just casual lookers need to grasp that we CAN accomplish something w/ this thread by WORKING as one... With everyone's knowledge that is added to this thread we can provide each other the resources to win money!!! BUT we all need to also realize there WILL be pitfalls that we encounter along the way & we have to push through them times without ANY bashing of each other.

I know we can make some REAL noise in the COVERS forums if we work at it and stay positive. Gambling is a grind that takes lots of information and knowledge, the more ppl here can provide it will enable ALL to accomplish nice things throughout the rest of the season on into the playoffs!

**** Information ALERT****  To ALL who care I dug up some info on GB games this year...this is what I found!-In the PACKERS 3 home games this yr they out scored their opponent by an AVG of 16.7pts / GB 30.3 per gm - OPP 14 per gm!!!                                        (Opponents - WASH,DET,CLEV)-In the PACKERS 5 wins this yr they out scored their opponent by an AVG of 12.2pts / GB 30.8 per gm - OPP 18 per gm!!!                   (Opponents - WASH,DET,BALT,CLEV,MINN)- In CHICAGO 3 road gms they went 1-2 - vs opponents w a combined record of 10-14!                     (Opponents - PITT-W, DET-L, WASH-L)                               ***** EARLY LEAN*****                              GREEN BAY - 10.5- I will be back later with an angle on the TOTAL-Again, if you have some insight feel free to share ALL you may have... the more information the better for ALL who play.

Thanks for the info Mjizzle...I&#39;m leaning to the over as well but still debating.  The last divisional game at lambeau was vs the lions (a high powered team) and the packers primarily ran the ball and the D stepped up with only 31 total points scored by both teams. Is that relevant here or does this game turn into a shoutout and perhaps Hester gets the bears in position to score points.  It would be great to hear your thoughts and gl tonight

Like the thread. Straight forward stats and trends with an interpretation at the end. Gets old hearing people say," so and so will win, and you better tail me because i'm 200-0 this year". If I wanted that I would just pay someone to make the picks for me. Absolutely correct that this should be a place for discussion. Liking GB as well, but curious as to why the over? All the stats you provided here would indicate an Under. Really see both teams trying to establish the run early to lighten the load on their injured pass games.

To contribute something as well: While QB Cutler is out for Bears so is a little over 1/4 of GB's 2013 sacks on the season in the form of LB's: Matthews and Perry. QB pressure had been instrumental in the Pack's previous 2 wins as they totaled 11 sacks in the two 2012 games against CHI. More time to throw, but with a less experienced passer at the helm for CHI. Seems to me to come down to how much you trust McCown to be able to be an effective game manager.

To be honest I believe that the game against the LIONS is a mirage of what SHOULD occur tonight... THA BEARS defense is really banged up w L. Briggs out injured along with C.Tillman nursing his injury NOT to name they are starting 2 ROOKIES at LB!

Now granted GB Is BANGED UP as well w C. Mathews & damn near ALL of their "skilled" players missing i.e (R.Cobb, J. Jones, Finley etc). BUT what GB has on their side is # 1- HOME FIELD #2- A.Rodgers... Did I say #2 A.Rodgers - make that the #1 reason! He can make due with what he has to operate with, and with the run game established it will HELP just open things up down field for JORDY, BOYKINS, & Co.!

Don't think that the rivalry will be a hanging point on pulling the trigger on this game, circumstances are different (no BRIGGS, URLACHER, etc) from past yrs and with the ROOKIES at LB, A. Rodgers WILL feast on this type of miss match ALL NIGHT on national TV. The BEST show why they are the BEST...kind of like A. Luck stepped up with the come back last night on national TV...he used what he had at his disposal an made HUGE PLAYS when it counted, down the stretch.

-CHICAGO allows 29.4 per gm - 36.0 on the road

-GB avgs 30.3 at home

-Add In the fact the teams ARE banged up I expect POINTS

I do believe though if you wait until close to game time you MOST likely can get it at a better #... Personally I believe the line WILL drop late close to kickoff JUST GIVE IT TIME!!!

****SIDE NOTE****-For the RECORD I believe in McCown tonight to get the offense rolling a bit... The guy stepped up nicely in relief of Cutler against the Redskins in that shoutout. That game showed me that w the RIGHT platform at the RIGHT time McCown can perform we&#x27;ll.With the statement of GB NOT getting much pressure with the LB corp hurt only strengthens my stance for McCown to put up a few tonight. Tillman was a full participant in practice and is expected to suit up. Packer's D actually has more ?'s who did not practice at all, and appear to be the far more banged up unit.

Injured linebackers and strong RB's for both squads just seems to indicate a lot of clock killing plays. It's always tough to bet the under against a guy like Rogers, but as you have already pointed out the under has actually been far more common in Gb's games this season(all with Rogers).

Lol I had the Colts and the Over last night so while I loved Luck's late game heroics that still is not the kind of thing I want to bet on happening. Also roles will be kind of flipped since most expect GB to be up it would actually be McCown having to make the late game comeback(also something I'm not real inclined to bet on), with Lacy(far more of a bruiser than speedster) attempting to close it out.

Just my two cents. Have been seeing primarily nothing but over plays so far on covers and was just curious as to why. Thanks for your opinion on the matter.

- OKAY AS I BEGIN TO PROCESS WHAT I STUDIED I SEE ALOT OF TRENDS saying take the UNDER but what I'm realizing is ALL the info is outdated!!!

We can begin to talk about how the under is 10-1 in the last 11 (my stat I posted) games played etc.

But what we need to focus on is ALL them trends/stats were developed under the close eye of the DEFENSIVE minded coach L. Smith.

Now with the addition of the OFFENSIVE minded guru in M. Trestman the BEARS have been scoring a boatload more & defense giving up a boatload as well.

With ALL the angles I combed thru I just see a COMPLETELY different outcome then what the trends are saying...

I will be turning the LEAN into a confirmed pick TAKE the OVER -

BRIGGS OUT and 2 novices at LB cant be good for this bears team to overcome. IMO Gbay scores a ton tonight. Rodgers is on fire and like you said the trends are there but were accomplished when Chicago played Def. They just don't this yr

Hey I like the thread and agree with your opinion about staying positive and everyone trying to help win. But here's my advice on this game (which btw I'm taking GB and Over as well). But if you think the game is 34-24 then don't take GB. You're betting they cover by 1/2 pt. Should only be an over play for you. GB 41-20. IMO

Have you taken into account this will be the first time, Bears have 4 legit targets in A Jeffries, M Bennet, B Marshall and M Forta out of the back field? I @ first was thinking GB in. Walk. But If MCcowen has a game like last week. Bears could keep it close.
