ELI NICKS CRUZ RANDLE WILSON MYERS MURPHY
Dline very deep cb very deep. Best team in the division. If we win week 1 which i believe we do we will be 11-5
Interesting read, and I wish you luck, but this comment was a huge red flag for me. Bears DLine is probably top 3 in the league, arguabably #1.

Agreed. Overall pretty good read and insight. Not a fan of the Chargers pick, as well and Bears and NFC North. NFC north is really a tossup..IMO the best division and BY FAR the most evenly matched. Can never count of Vikings although they got rid of percy harvin which will severely hurt them, Jennings should be solid for them along with AP being a beast, solid defense, and Ponder wont win you any games and he may lose ya one or two, but he doesn't make too many mistakes where he will hold them back too much.. Lions should be improved on defense and if they actually play disciplined can be one of the better ones in the league at that..Reggie Bush is a HUGE upgrade for them giving them a ground threat as well as catching balls out of the backfield, Stafford will throw for 4500 again but probably almost half of that to megatron is the problem. Green Bay has the best O in the league especially if Lacy is "WHO WE THOUGHT HE WAS(IS)" problem is they have a bad oline and no depth there..They have clay Matthews and bj raji on defense who are both one of the best in the league at given postions along with Aj hawk who is a solid LB, secondary is avg and maybe worse than that without woodson. They have absolutely no outside rush besides Matthews which you shouldn't want to have your best pass rusher as a LB. Overall a solid team and ya cant bet against them as they didn't have a great defense when won the SB a few years ago, that's enough Pack talk for me, and now onto THE..... Chicago Bears..my hometown, my team..Ill try to explain without bias but with information..Urlacher left and that hurts not necessarily bc of play but leadership and playcalling (which now falls to briggs and will make transition easier). Most Chicagoans will admit in his latter years he was a step slower and not as quick to get to sideline to sideline which made him the HOF player he will be. Bostic seems to be a pretty solid replacement, although he is not at this time 1/2 the lb urlacher was. He has shown to have the knack to play right away effectively although he might be a little overhyped for that hit on that poor receiver in preseason LOL. Our D-line is where u went wrong. As rock stated above we have a top 5 dline maybe top 3.. Our secondary returns two probowl DB's and the safety position looks promising..Our defense overall should still be top 3-7 in the league.. As far as our offense..New OC, new coach blah blah blah new year same story. Although trestman's offensive knowledge does intrigue me and I am optimistic ...I think..But in all seriousness, Martellus Bennet at TE is a big addition as in years past Chicago has had shopping carts for that position, couldn't run a route, catch a ball, or block. Bennet should give them a threat down the middle..Alshon Jeffrey should have a good yr if healthy big WR with avg speed and good routerunner while having a offseason working with Bmarshall. Cutler marshall connection should be as good if not better than last year..With Bennett and Jeffrey, and earl maybe jay wont throw his way every other passing play..Devin hester is now only returning kicks..He hasn't returned for TDs in bulk in years, but now that hes soley returning, he will be the best in the league that is if he isn't running backwards or in circles..Special teams should be at the top of the league again..Robbie good and gould is the best in the biz...yes I did just talk about special teams..sorry for the ramble.

Now, this upcoming season which is about to start, expers are trying to predict the season outcomes, it's always exciting. There is a special feel behind this Seattle Seahawks team this season and they are mentioned to be a strong force.
Personally, I am ready to say they are Super Bowl material, and I will use this pick to explain why. This team probably has the strongest roster, from top to bottom of the field and in my opinion they will surely be battling with the 49ers once again in the NFC West. Another interesting point to take into account is the schedule, and the Seahawks can get a really good start of the season and build themseleves a good advantage early on because their beginning 9 first weeks consists of 9 teams, whereof 6 of these finished below .500 last season. I believe they can get off a good start here. Moreover, Seattle Seahawks surely has the biggest home-field advantage in the NFL and an interesting factor appears when we look at week 2 - Seattle play the 49ers at home. Schedule wise, Seattle should be alright here. You may wonder, why is the schedule important? Well the NFL season is short, only 16 matches, which means every win is very essential. I predict the Seahawks to end up somewhere around 11-12 wins.
How about the team itself? Well, starting with the key position, the quarterback. Russell Wilson had a stellar season last year and put the bar really high for himself to perform on the same level again. No doubt, he is very talented and has great vision and can decide these close games with just a play, he is that smart. If you look at the defence, you simply don't find any weaknesses that can ruin their games, they are such a complete team all over the field. On another note, the Seattle wide reciever Percy Harvin is expected to be back around November/December so that will add more strenght to an already complete roster in the important weeks for those months.
What did the Seahawks added compared to last season and what impact will it have? I already mentioned Percy Harvin, who will be an asset for them in the passing game as he is an exceptional playmaker. Moreover some other additions to note is Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett, and these two guys will be important in terms of depht and quality since the Seahawks will miss Chris Clemons and Bruce Irvin in the start of the season. Defensively this team is spot on to me, as they even allowed the fewest points in the NFL last year to confirm that statement, and with these additions they will be even more solid for sure.
I have mentioned Russell Wilson, but another player worth mentioning is Marshawn Lynch, who was a strong factor to why the Seahawks finished among ethe top teams in rushing last year. This guy can run, and he is a beast and definitely one of the best in the league in my eyes in the category. Moreover, already having a solid passing attack will just be a boost for this talented team.
I see two factors the Seahawks need to handle in order to be a successful team throughout the entire season. The first factor is the road games. We all know that the Seahawks are rock hard at their own stadium, 8-0 last year speaks for itself. But they have 8 away games to play too, and if they can handle the road games well enough by winning more than .500 on the road, I think they will be an intimidating opponent in the very long run. The other factor is the traveling. No other team travels the distances like the Seattle Seahawks do. This is of course an disadvantage which is related to road games. These guys are humans and they need time to recover and handle the physical and mental aspects. In spite of the long journeys, I think these guys are stellar enough to enjoy something big.
I find it spectacular for a team, who came up big last year to have the ability to strenghten so many aspects of their game and with a quarterback of Wilsons standards who is an unbelievable sportsman in my eyes, we could already see a hint of something big coming up after they got knocked out by the Flacons last year when Wilson said he is already looking forward to this season. Expectations are pretty big on the Seahawks, but the public are rolling with the usual favorites like Patriots, Green Bay & Denver. I see the Seahawks as a valuable underdog side. People may say the 49ers are gonna dominate because they went to the Super Bowl last year, but to put things in perspective that favorites are not always the way to go, the Giants won the Super Bowl 2 years ago and missed the playoffs last year - things change fast.
My prediction with this analysis is that the Seahawks can cruise to the Super Bowl and will be lifting the trophy as we summarize the season. They are the most complete team in terms of quality, and just like all the other teams, keeping a healthy roster is the key. For Seattle, I think this is their year.
