Pardon me, I did not know that Nelson&#x27;s ribs were found to be broken. I apologize on that front. I do not think he will play given that information. Adams will probably play though--- not sure how effective he will be but Cook and Cobb are still out there and Rodgers is good enough to make nearly any wr/te look skillful. For the record, I am on ATL ML but I do think this is still going to be a hard-fought and very close game.

I had to chime in here. You can&#x27;t be fukking serious about Nelson faking this injury? I for one saw the hit and it was a full boar helmet to the wide open rib area. He was in immediate pain. Do you really think a guy that missed the entire year last year would fake an injury as miss one of the biggest games of his life?Sorry but this goes down as one of the most idiotic posts I have seen in my 13 plus years around here.

Is TE Ladarius Green going to start this week for Pitts? His presence would make a world of difference in the red zone.

Can't seem to find an answer...the dude is 6'8" and has the ability to get wide open and has played great but he is so fragile and delicate he has spent most of season on the sideline.

Unless you&#x27;re Nelson&#x27;s Dr there&#x27;s no way any one of us can sit here and predict if he&#x27;s going to play Sunday.  But what we do know is that he&#x27;s breathing easier and he was cleared to catch balls, which is great news. Also, from what I heard the broken ribs are just small fractures. ....Have football players played with broken ribs? Of course they have, it happens all the time.  A few years ago I remember McCoy breaking a rib then coming out and having one of the best games of his year. Yes it was painful, but he toughened it out. Nelson pretty much answered the question yesterday when asked about his ribs.  "I&#x27;ve never plAyed with broken ribs before, but we&#x27;ll see how it goes".  This and the fact that he was cleared to practise is all I need to know.

Jordy not hurt? I believe sometimes injuries do get blown out of proportion but this one was legit. A helmet to the oblique area is no joke. Yikes.

I don&#x27;t know PLAYSFORALL. I have a friend that I went to school and he&#x27;s a team doctor for a NFL team I won&#x27;t disclose. Let me tell you that there&#x27;s many fake injuries in the NFL, the oldest trick in the book. One thing you know me this year was getting hot and winning this year. A lot of people don&#x27;t believe because they believe the media. The media is what makes people like many of you guys to believe what is going on to distract the Vegas line. What many of you don&#x27;t know whats going on in the real LOCKER ROOM. The doctor has Jordy rib area just bruised.. was never a 2 broken ribs like the media prostrated. A real broken rib will need to be 5-6 weeks to be fully heal. Now Jordy was hurt on that play.. he then stated while the Dallas game and said that he will get back next week. 1 WEEK after 2 broken ribs. LOL! Jordy finished his full workout on TUESDAY. Practiced on THURSDAY. FYI.. he should be able to go on Sunday. You heard it first here.
