After every big game smith shuster is terrible. What’s the angle?

As a homer with the chiefs… I can’t stand juju…. But mahome and Reid will have an odd guy score as their creative plays near goal line… like a lineman catching a pass from Kelce … or that backup fullback scoring a touch… but juju is avg to poor receiver … but he seems to fit there… I think if rice were healthy he’s out.  But I’m not sure who their 4-5 receiver is now… with brown back…. But mahome will spread it around early…  ya need 2 catches though… cause his speed ain’t gonna get 16 yards on one catch.

Smith will see 2+ completions as Mahomes will throw a lot of short passes in this game.

Last SB I cashed a ticket for Mecole Hardman anytime TD for +1600 I think it was.    It was just a hunch.   He had been with the team for a few years, then signed with the Jets who released him, and the Chiefs picked him up mid season because they liked and trusted him to make plays in certain situations.  And he did, at the very end of the game.  

Schuster has a similar story, the Chiefs re-acquired him this season because they like him to make a play or two in certain spots.    Mahomes isn’t afraid to target a variety of receivers, and I can see Schuster getting 2 or 3 chances, at least.

Smith-Shuster had 9 targets and 7 receptions for 54 yards in Superbowl 57. The most targets and receptions of any Chiefs' receiver that day. A stronger receiver corps this time around but in the back of Mahomes' mind, he must have confidence in Juju in big games?
