Embarrassing  loss cowboydave.  Cowboys reverted back to the way they played mid-season, turnovers, bad execution in the red zone and the horrible field goal kicking.   Defense didn't play as bad as the final score indicated.   A bad play by Sensabaugh on the first TD and too many short distances for Minny to travel to score due to turnovers.   But I'll give the Vikings all the credit because hey caused a lot of those things to happen.

The funny thing is every DAL fan not only thought that they would win but win big.  I would like to see Romo actually have to good playoff games in a row before I would ever bet on him.  Better luck next year.

Agree with ALL of your points.

IMO, we lost that game when we decided to attempt the field goal instead of going for it on 4th and 1 from their 30 early.

With the history of the field goal kicking this season. That should have been a no brainer to go for it.   The defense had been playing lights out up to that point (last 4 games) so what was the risk of being held short?  Cowboys pretty much stopped the Viking running game until of course the latter part of the game when Minny was trying to eat clock.    Those 2 missed field goals were huge.   Cowboys should have been down 14 to 9 mid 3rd qtr.  But ohh well, I'm not gonna rehash this whole game.   Vikings were the better team and they showed it.

Not trying to rub salt in the wounds but your D actually played worst than the final score indicated.  MIN if they kept passing the ball could have put up a couple more TDs.  Coach Clueless and his typical slow it down and grind out the clock offense minimized teh scoring.  That is one of the major reasons I was big on the under because I know Coach Clueless but if Brett had it his way the score would have been closer to 41 or 48 to 3.  BOL!
