Down 4 with 3 timeouts, a little over 3 minutes left and 4th and long. Why gamble there? If you don't make it, it's game over. With basically 4 timeouts and over 3 minutes, one stop and they win. Does Harbaugh not know anything about time management?

JH and JF aren't going anywhere. Those guys both retire in the positions they are in. Unless Ozzie ends up going somewhere or they have a major run of bad seasons JH keeps his job which likely means JF stays put too.

This is the Oz's final year as GM, he is retiring and handing it over to longtime assistant GM Decosta. will still be involved in the team in some way likely as consultant.
Harbaugh extended his shelf life with Jackson so im sure he will still coach for another 2 years unless the Ravens have a really bad record next year. Flacco is someone i could see them getting rid of and freeing up some cap space after the season or next. like what KC did with Alex Smith. now... if Flacco wins another Super Bowl that could change things. Lamar might have to find another team if he is content being backup until 2021...
Sip on that plus money honey!
