It was only two short weeks ago that the Colts went into Kansas City and won 23-7. The score was reflective of how dominating the win actually was for the Colts.
The Colts defense put the clamps on Alex Smith, sacking him 4 times and picking him off twice.
Now the Colts host the Chiefs, where Indy has gone 6-2 straight up, covering 5 ATS.
Kansas City played their best football the first two months of the season. They are actually a team in decline beating only the Redskins and the Raiders in the last 6 weeks of the season. The last 6 weeks of the season, the Chiefs have surrendered an average of 30.6 points per game. A far cry from the first half of the season when they feasted on the leagues bottom dwellers.
The Chiefs best/signature win of the season is against the Eagles. They have NOT beaten a top team all year.
Kansas City has beaten:
Jaguars
Cowboys
Giants
Titans
Texans
Browns
Bills
Redskins
and the Raiders twice
The Colts have beaten 3 of the top teams in the league in:
Seattle
San Francisco
Denver
The Colts come in battle tested, beating quality opponents and have the luxury of having a home playoff game under their belts from last year.
So, the question is...... What has changed in the 2 weeks since the Colts spanked the Chiefs last 23-7?
Nothing!!!
If Don King was promoting this game, he would call it......
"The Contender vs The Pretender"
Indianapolis Colts-1 (Large)
Banging since 1983

I think you made some nice points about quality wins for the Colts
Eastside but they also have had some very disturbing losses as well..
They got destroyed vs the Rams at Home and got beat 40-11 on the road vs Arizona...They do have some solid wins like you mentioned and of course they are at Home.GL Here because it should be interesting

East Side I'm no pro but if a "playoff team" the chargers are a great team and the chiefs beat phili you should rethink that. I would play the chargers over the Eagles ANY DAY right now phili is one of the hottest most up tempo teams in the league and not for nothing but not much take to watch besides this year of coach chip kelly best of luck. Don't take any advice from me been chasing since the new year down HUGE lol so best of luck and go KC gonna keep pushing it.

This is probably the biggest coin flip game of the weekend. That said, KC really hasn't been motivated to play since Denver swept them, so I wouldn't put too much stock into their struggles down the stretch. Speaking of, KC hasn't had Justin Houston since week 12 and their pass rush is a whole new animal when they have Houston, Halo, and Poe rolling. Houston missed that first meeting btw. KC is just a Better team overall and that's why I see them winning this game although Andrew Luck is the golden child and could steal this game.
