This ain't NCAAF buddy.   Unless you are talking ELITE like top 3 in his position on PFF, it is completely irrelevant.   Picture it like a game of Madden - the guy who is injured is like a 86 overall rating and the guy replacing him will be an 85.  

In college, the guy replacing him may be a 72, for instance, which is why injuries are way more important in college ball.    One of the biggest mistakes wannabe cappers make when they look at games is put WAY too much weight on inactives.  This is obviously just a guideline, and not a sure winner, and there are many exceptions (power position players, star QB, etc..)  but unless you tell me the MLB is injured, the second string is as well and both OLB and ILB are out with covid all on the same day or something, this wont have as much of an impact as you expect it will

but in regards to what you just said.....  Half of the fans at this 'home' game will be cheering for the Raiders, effectively erasing home field advantage for San Diego. 

As for the color of jerseys, it's actually an incredibly profitable trend to bet on home teams in certain areas (e.g. Miami) where it gets very hot during the 1pm games if the opponent has darker colored jerseys during <100f day games.
