Lippsman

A huge poster on the NHL forum but more importantly a positive person. I am saddened by his passing. What did I learn from him. Negative posting, calling out any one of us for an opposing opinion or just being mean behind a keyboard was not in his threads or in his game. Let all of us be positive and support each other as Lippsman always did for everyone. The negativity ends now. RIP and my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I just heard & read about the sad news of the passing of Lippsman

My sincere condolences, prays & thoughts go out to his family & friends.

I’ve chatted very briefly iwith him a few times in the past very nice fella and always a class act indeed .

This post caused me to post for about my 10th career time.  Long time Covers degen.  In 10+ years reading all the sports forums, Lippsman would have to rate in my Top 2 or 3 of everyone.  Just a class act.  Rest In Peace

Best way to honor someone is to continue to listen to their advice long after they are gone.  The Lippsman Playoff Split is one angle I use religiously come Stanley Cup time.  And it makes you profit.

I would come in to see his daily post for all the shared info he'd provide, whether that was teams on streaks, torrents to be able to watch games, Swiss Cheese alerts or the Lippsman split.

I've been on this site for 20 years and don't post much. I actually lost my old account and had to start another. Anyway, Lippsman would get on these crazy 2nd half NFL runs. I always looked for his plays when entering the site and would interact with him on occasion. RIP bud. You'll always be remembered and missed.

You guys should put your posts about Lippsman on the NHL Forum because I believe that Weebs is going to send everything to his family from that forum.
