Rules:
Establish a bankroll. It must be money that you can afford to lose. If you lost every dime it wouldn't affect your life at all. That's a bankroll.
Never risk more than 3% of your bankroll on any play. EVER. $1000.00 bankroll means your max risk per play is $30.00.
Never have more than 15% of bankroll at risk at any given time. $1000.00 bankroll means on Saturday you can have 5 plays in action as long as the risk is only 15%.
Develope impeccable discipline.
Discipline, discipline, discipline.
Never have a favorite team. If you do, never bet on them.
There's other rules but you must adhere strictly to these. If you don't, you are fckd. If you can follow these rules it's difficult to lose.

If you are smart, and you appear to be, make this a hobby, whereby you lose money like other hobbies and not hard earned jack that you have to live in a hole for months on end to recover. And you can go for the win it back approach, but only guarantees future outcome (if you got hear once, are you arrogant enough to think you won't again without bona fide changes in approach). I wish you the best.

What this man said is everything. It resonates because I think I need to follow. I lost a lot yesterday and I won a lot today but I’m emotionally drained, this shit beats you down man. I know pretty soon I will need to retire myself from this website and stop gambling for a while.

Bet less games, if you wanna last in this business you gotta win when you go big being sure of something.. chasing is the human reaction and is why the house wins, we all wanna do it when we lose 3-4 in a row watching the games unfold.. but I realized the ones I bet or 2 units seem to lose too often and put me in holes and wipes out my profit on my 1-2 plays for 10 units that damn near always hit.. If you can hit when you go large you can stick around in this game
