He is referring to the Wonderlic Test. Its a shortened test given to NFL players to measure some IQ. I think Vince Young had one of the worst scores and Ryan Fitzpatrick has had one of the highest.

He's a very good athlete but this guy just isn't very bright. If you listen to him speak and watch his mannerisms on the sidelines, you can see that right away. It's also a really good decision to use your lollipop arm to throw into triple coverage when your team is still in the game. The poster that started this spread is right.
